We did not eat dinner here. We were staying at the Hotel Impala and Spiga provides the breakfast and room service for the hotel. The continental breakfast was lovely. Good italian coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad, yogourt and the most absolutely heavenly pastries and croissants. We decided on Thai food for dinner the night before but after... This restaurant has a very good variety of Italian dishes. Seafood, veal, steak, pasta; all are on the menu. The restaurant is small and cozy with both indoor and outdoor seating. We started the meal with grilled calamari which was very tender and perfectly cooked. This was followed by a house salad which was fresh; but otherwise unremarkable. My husband... More

This restaurant has been here a long time and it is a real gem. Not very noticeable from the street it is small, nicely decorated and comfortable. Some garden seating. Good wine list. Big menu, totally authentic Italian but diverse - veal, pasta, antipasta, meat, lots of seafood. Most everything is made in house including the past and the sauces.... More

A nice little restaurant with inside and patio dining. The food was well prepared and served.Hand made pastas, everything had a careful touch. Food was reasonably priced. Dinner for 2 was $60ish. I enjoyed a pasta dish which was very well prepared and tasty of a pasta type I had not tasted before but delicious. This restaurant was a bit... More

Coming off the road we were tired and hungry after checking into the adjacent Impala Hotel. We had a pet friendly street side corner table for cocktails and dinner. It was early so no rush and very attentive service from charming and helpful wait staff. We enjoyed the ringside seat for the Collins Ave. early evening action and then strolled... More

For so long, we have told anyone that would listen that this restaurant was a "must" in South Beach. In the past, we have always looked forward to dining on real, authentic, fantastic Italian food. Our last trip we again went but this time we were sorely disappointed. When we arrived, two waiters were arguing about something and didn't even... More

This restaurant had a promotion all inclusive. Quality was average but the price really over what we had in our plates. We paid 230 $, the day after we went to a french restaurant nearby where it was a lot better for the same price.

I think it is one of the best restaurant on South beach. Great food, elegant atmosphere and good service. Sometimes it's better to make reservation before because of high popularity of this restaurant.

Not sure how to spell it but was absolutely delicious. All food ordered, crab ravioli and salmon pasta with pink pine nuts was mmmmmmmm. Loved waitstaff and eating on front terrace. Great South Beach experience.

I know something about Italian food, I'm Italian, and I have to say I was a little disappointed. Started with cappelletti in brodo, good and authentic, and the grilled shrimps were good. my friend ordered spaghetti bolognese, good sauce, overcooked pasta He then had a tuna and was good, but my grouper was murdered by a creamy sauce that completely...
