We went for early dinner on Sunday. The place is old but nice, the service starting with valet was very kind and welcome. We ask for filet mignon and it was ok, I think the meat was on the freeze because the flavor wasn't great. The pea soup was delicious and dessert (cheesecake) was nice to. We had a table... More

Went here for dinner tonight and it was great . The view of south pointe is amazing , we were seated outside and you can see all the boats come in from the ocean . I ordered the beef tenderloin trio which was a huge meat serving and delicious. My husband ordered the Cajun seasoned fillet mignon and loved it... More

Enjoyed the service and the portions were huge. Had filet and chocolate cake!! It was a sp[sponsored dinner by FIU and the entire evening was first class. The views from the upstairs dining room were beautiful of the water and the boats. I had a lovely time.

If you're looking to try a restaurant in the Miami Spice List, definitely give this one a try. This is my third year taking advantage of this awesome deal. This year I went with the Split Pea Soup for my starter. If you haven't tried this, you're missing out. My entree was the amazing Filet Mignon and it was served... More

I was at S&W last night to sample the "Miami Spice Menu" of $39 per person dinner. It was 3 of us and we ordered Carpaccio and Burrata, Pea Soup and Wedge salad with blue cheese/bacon for appetizers. We all ordered the Filet with Bernaise sauce and mashed potatoes. For dessert we ordered all 3 choices a Blueberry Cobler with... More

Last visited about 5 yrs ago and it was amazing. However I visited this week and how things have changed. The steak was 40% fat, not what I expect from sirloin. The Salad I ordered with the main course arrived as a starter with a plate too hot to touch to supposedly eat it off. The Fries were just the... More

Our favorite restaurant in the Miami Beach area. Overlooking the Southern point of Miami as the ships come in. Our favorite table looks out over the bar, and is a great people watching location. We have had nothing but outstanding food at Smith and Wolinsky. Yesterday we were happily served by Fernando P. who was an outstanding waiter. The New... More

Have been to S&W in other places so new that the food would be good but picked this for its location as it is on the water at the bottom of South Beach. Really good location and and a nicely laid out restaurant. We ate outside which gave us a nice view and also the interest of the passing show.... More
