If you like cooking and you consider yourself a pretty darn good cook...actually, even if you are a mediocre cook, then you are much better off staying at home and cooking something up yourself! I have never been more disappointed with a restaurant as I was with Casa Tua...of course, the service was excellent but that, the wine list, and... more

Great place with interesting food. Appetizer: Buatta with tomatoes awesome but my entree of risotto and lobster was disappointing. My husband had the lamb and roasted vegetables---the best food he has ever tasted. Wine selection very wide, but affortable by the glass options were also excellent . Great desserts: especially the warm chocolate and carmelized bananas. Waiter knowledgeable and attentive.... more

Sit outside, weather permitting. Very romantic. Amazing food. Some of the best Italian I've ever had. The Duck Ragu was wonderful and they have the best Lamb Chops you'll ever taste. The Veal Carpacio was so delicious that I declared, "If I had to eat this every day of my life, for the rest of my days, I will die... more

Without a doubt, this was, by a landslide, the worse service I have ever received at a restaurant. The hostesses, servers, and manager are unorganized and rude. The arrogance is so over the top, you'd think they were preforming brain surgery not serving pasta. Honestly, the service in the Condenast cafeteria puts them to shame. Earlier that day we called... more

This place is difficult to rate because I really enjoyed the food. I booked a table outside for a party of 4 at the beginning of January. I think they have issues with what time you can make a reservation, because they told me they didn't allow sittings at all at 8.30. Anyway I accepted a table at 9.30. We... more

My guests for the evening at Casa Tua on 18 September, were customers who I also consider friends. What a tremendous dining experience! The ambiance was so refreshing from what I normally see in the Miami area. The food was spectacular. I had the fresh oysters which were amazing followed by the lobster risotto. We shared two desserts for three... more

We reserved the Chef’s table at Casa Tua for our group of friends and family to celebrate the entrance of my niece into this world. Casa Tua is an enchanting house that resembles the architecture of places we have visited in the Mediterranean. It can best be described as casual garden elegance. The gardens are picturesque and our experience was... more

I planned a weekend in South beach for my husband's 60th birthday. As part of the festivities, I booked the "Chef's Table" for myself, my husband and 18 guests. The food was delicious, the wines were wonderful and the attention was impeccable. The table was decorated in rows of single white orchids each in its own glass vase along with rows... more

After much anticipation, we went to Casa Tua to celebrate a friends engagement and had one of the worst dining experiences ever...and for $800- for 4 people. Not only were we charged for bottle of wine we did not get, but when we ordered the 1/2 portion of risotto as appetizer, they inadvertently brought us a full portion. After ceremoniously... more
