Great experience in South Beach!

After reading very good comments about this place, my husband and I decided to try it. We were staying at a hotel across the road. The menu offers different asian fusion "tapas" style options. From cod to octopus or squid; rolls such as the prosciutto or eel ones were amazing. Some dishes are... read more

Service nice but wait for the food and drinks far too long when the restaurant has only 4 tables to wait. Grilled Cod was delicious though. Would I go back? No, I think there many more restaurants in Miami Beach that do much better and are less costly.

Zen Sai was recommended to us by the concierge at the Clevelander hotel which is the sister property to Essex so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and has an upscalish feel to it. They serve Asian fusion cuisine Tapas style. We ordered Spicy shrimp sliders, Scallion Ribeye, Shishito peppers, Spicy Tuna roll,... More

We were a group of six, so ordered and sharing tapas was a real treat! Others in my group ordered things I normally wouldn't, so it was a nice change! I would highly recommend the cucumber basil martini...it was very refreshing. I, personally, ordered the stir-fry udon with chicken...delicious! Everything we ordered was great. Give it a try!

We went to Zen Sai not knowing what to expect. When we got there they said to sit anywhere and there weren't many tables filled. So we were a little worried. We shouldn't have been. The food was outstanding. We tried the fried bok choy which was similar to kale chips but with a hint of spice and soy. The... More

We truly loved everything we ate and drank here! Our server was spot on (friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and timely). He made some awesome recommendations! NOTE: We really did love this restaurant, it is on the higher end price wise.

This restaurant is located in the hotel we stayed in while visiting Miami (Essex House). We had a bite here each day, and could not get over the outstanding hospitality and service we were given. The bartenders, chefs, servers and manager were outstanding. I have to give special attention to Ryan, Ming, Hector and Edgar. Thank you so much for... More
