Had a lovely evening at Bolivar, very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere with salsa dancing going on in the background. We had the Tapas and house wine followed by some traditional South American deserts and all delicious! Highly recommend! Richard and Fiona.

Some of the best cerviche we have ever had. Great atmosphere with live South American music. Great experience. Made us feel like we were in a different country.

Picked this place from Tripadvisor reviews. Very good food and attentive service. Ceviche was very good. There were 4 in our party and we asked to have the check split 50/50 on two cc (easier than separate checks).... Glad we looked closer at the bill....they added 18%... On a party of 4!!!? Food and service=5 .....sneaky gratuity=0

I visited this shop as part of a food tour, the ceviche was killer, and the drink made with cuban beer and cream soda was sooooo good!

Awesome place. I would rate it a lot higher if they hadn't, as it made me feel, scammed me on their Groupon. Only reason we went there is because of Groupon. Got there ordered two drinks a piece, which was the price of one because it was 1/2 price happy hour. So only spent $6 + $8 added onto the... More

Finally, a restaurant that says "fusion" where it doesn't mean fusion with American/western cooking. In very fine fashion, Bolivar fuses Columbian, Chilean & Argentinian styles. Offering small tapas plates (heavily laden), large entrees . . . and the best mojitos around (speaking as one who has had many mojitos). As others have mentioned, try the tapas garlic shrimp, as well... More

Good taste, the "Parceviche" was really tasty, and the "picanha" brazilian steak really good..they propose specialties from latin america. The staff is really friendly, this is good place to have dinner listening to salsa music..and dance, they also have salsa classes on friday.

We had a delicious dinner here. We ordered an entree with steak, sweet plantains, and blood sausage. Really yummy. We also ordered some tapas. Some were hit or miss, but definitely a great spot for some South American fare.

We got caught in the rain one night and happened to run in this place for a quick drink to beat the rain. We were greeted by a friendly staff and live entertainment. Such a blast! Our served Ceaser, not sure I spelled that right, but he was so nice. Even gave us 2 free drink cards. We went back... More

Really enjoyed our late dinner here. I recommend their paltter where you can try lots of different flavors. And their tostones with meat were delicious.
