I found this place on Yelp. I was looking for a Latin restaurant which wouldn't bust my budget for a birthday celebration and didn't want a very fancy nor super casual place. We had made a reservation so were seated right away. The hosts were super friendly. Despite being so busy they took time out to chat with you &... More

While walking around in SOBE, my husband and I came across Bolivar and decided to give it a try. How lucky for us! From the very tasty sample appetizer provided while we waited for our delicious meal, to the choices of desserts and coffee, this restaurant was a winner all around. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for... More

Very tasty selection of Latin foods! Loved the "patacones", arepas, ceviche and more! The service was warm, helpful. The ambiance inside is what you will feel in a real Latin place.

Stopped here after driving for hours and with only two other tables in the restaraunt, service was ridiculously slow. It was almost as if the waiter didn't know what to do. He tried swindling us into getting a higher check total. Didn't write our order down, for a party of five and of course didn't get my order write. I... More

As out-of-town vacationers to Miami Beach we were looking for something a little different from the mainstream, and found it. The room itself is o.k., nothing fancy, but the food and service were excellent. We are by no means experts on South American food, so cannot compare or vouch for the authenticity. That having been said, I started with the... More

Trendy place on Washington and 6th run by an affable Colombian guy. Cuisine mixes between Andean and south cone - everything but Brasil. Beautiful presentation and well done cuisine, though tasty. At a mom and pop this type of food would be 1/3 of the price, but to be out with the beautiful people and entertained with live music in... More

We came for light dinner, the idea of cuisine from different latin american countries really appealed to us but i don't think it was the best. While the service was very friendly, nothing we had was really amazing and some of it wasn't great at all. the salad was great with arugula and strawberries but the strong onions and parmesan... This is quite an unusual restaurant but it proved to be a real find. It is a little quirky and the menu was very interesting. We were there on a Friday evening and the place was buzzing. Good live music was a bonus although it made conversation a little more difficult. The service was fast and friendly and the food... More

Went here last 2 visits to Miami. Stepping into this place is like being teleported to South America. It's South American-fine dining in a great atmosphere. I'd call it Colombian-Peruvian fusion. My most recent visit I had the phenomenal Parceviche followed by their Pabellon Sifrino plate. That night they were featuring some kind of Chilean Shiraz for about $20 which... More
