Food was excellent. I had spaghetti, my mom's specialty, and I never like other spaghettis but this was even better than mom's (although very different and much more minimalist). Service was top-notch, attentive and unobtrusive. Sommelier was especially good. We'd come back again, especially if we stayed in the hotel, but we'd even make the trip if we stayed somewhere... We ordered the mushroom polenta. It was so buttery and creamy and delicious. Then we ordered the scallops. OMG!!! These were amazing and cooked perfectly. Our last dish was the raviolini. These were amazing as well.

I Loved the Polenta side dish! I wish I had been told the pasta I ordered was spicy. The atmosphere is wonderful here.

Inventive cuisine that is sure to satisfy the food lover's palette! The spaghetti is incredible and the pea and cauliflower appetizer is so unexpected but tastes like heaven!

The place itself is absolutely beautiful. We ordered a tasting menu for 4 people. It was absolutely delicious. Only suggesting take it slow because by the time desserts arrived we were stuffed and they are not to be missed. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It's not a cheap restaurant obviously but definitely with going even for a drink... More

the polenta, short ribs, and the 28 aged rib eye were to die for, the rib eye melted in your mouth. Well worth a try.

I went to Scarpetta and had the most amazing food and service I have ever had. Tony was our waiter and provided us with such a memorable service that I couldn't help but brag about it. He's funny, patient, and really knows his stuff - everything together really made the experience over the top. We had the 4 course tasting... More

This was our favorite restaurant on the property. The appetizer (stracciatella) was amazing. I also loved the scialatelli. The lamb was superb. Service was punctual and friendly. We called to make the reservation and asked if we could wear shorts and they said no. There were people wearing shorts (and jeans) in the restaurant. We would definitely return to this... More

This restaurant is within the fountainbleu yet affordable. We are vegetarian and they had an entirely separate menu for us. We started with home made bread, fresh butter, eggplant chutney and this authentic olive oil. We both ordered pasta: although mine was just spagetti with tomato basil, I have only had another dish this delicious in one other restaurant. My... More
