it is so dark everyone has to use their phones to read the menu. We used our phone to measure noise at over 100 decibels. Short rib starter and pasta were truly wonderful and plenty to share. Main dish scallops was uneventful and not worth ordering. The Spanish turbot was ok and very small.

Food was marvelous, duck pate ravioli magnificent and cauliflower soup out of this world. Entire staff highly attentive, especially our waiter Mario. The evening was a true treat.

We had dinner at this restaurant on Christmas night. From the moment we arrived to when we departed the service was terrific. But it was the food that set it apart from any other Italian restaurant in Miami. It is delicious, lively and trendy - a perfect choice.

Server was extremely ruse, food came to the table close to two hours after the appetizers. Mikey the bartender was GREAT!! Will definitely go back to the bar, not sure about the restaurant...

We opted for the dinner with the wine pairings. I don't eat meat, my husband does, and they were very accommodating. The food, service, and wines were all excellent. We especially liked the dessert wine. The food was prepared and presented beautifully. After dinner, you can take a walk outside and see the balcony where James Bond met Jill Masterson... More

Outstanding food and service. Ravioli with duck and fries gras was a highlight. Rate this as one of our best ever dining experiences.

We recently dinned at Scarpetta and were not overly impressed. The service was excellent and the waiter was very accomodating. However, the restaurant was very dark and the food was average. Also, the menu was very limited. My husband and I both felt there are plenty of other delicious places to eat in Miami.

All of the pasta is made fresh, and it showed. Mouth watering plates, not over sized, just the right amount. The chef has a great sense for taste. If I go back to Miami, even if I'm not at the Fontainebleau, I will have to go back for more.

We have been to Scarpetta several times and this was the second time for our anniversary. This time we had the tasting menu made for a wonderful meal. They were happy to accommodate my wife's squeamishness about some fishes. It turned out to be tastes of 2 or 3 dishes from each course (for example, 3 different pasta dishes) so... More
