Another great restaurant at the Fontainbleau

Fountainbleau has some great restaurants and this is one of them. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is great with fabulous selection of wine. I have been there more then five times and each time we've had a great meal.

Had table on the terrace for 15 people. Restaurant is family style. We ate like kings and loved every dish. Ordered a bottle of wine nobody liked and restaurant gladly removed from our bill. Dinner was about $3000 and everybody left happy. Wine advisor was very helpful.

We loved it here. The restaurant is in the Fontainbleau Hotel and the food was just as good as when were were in Tuscany. Considered fine dining, it was one of the best Italian restuarants we have eaten in. Consider fasting for the day though-the food is rich, the bread and home made butter worth the extra calories!

This was supposed to be one of the premier restaurant locations at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami. I hope we just hit it on an off day. To start with the noise level was totally unacceptable for fine dining. Blasting Latin music made having a normal conversation almost impossible...at least play Italian music...this was, after all, one of Frank Sinatra's... More

4th visit (3 in miami and 1 in Vegas). Every item was fantastic. Definitely try a side of the spaghetti. Freshly made noodles and excellent sauce make this a required order! The steak and lava cake were amazing.

Highly recommend you visit Scarpetta! Best meal we have ever had. The spaghetti was amazing and so was the duck ravioli! We also had 2 appetizers that were awesome! Our choices were based on the recommendation of our waiter (Steve) who was incredible! He even picked the right wine for us!

We ate at Scarpetta since it was located in the Fontainebleau. Our experience was limited to only a few dishes, but they were superbly done (if really expensive). We had the sea scallops with a roasted mushroom side dish, both exquisitely prepared. The pasta special with truffles were sublime (ask the price first). We threatened to kidnap the chef after... I lived in Italy for 6 years, so I'm very tired of so called Italian restaurants everywhere in the area. So I was really exited to try this place. The service is great, the waiter pushed and we ordered more food that we wanted in the end but still ok. So we tried the burrata, good but I have it... More
