Good food busy location

A local friend suggested this spot to reflect his childhood food. I had the black wan soup which was good and heavy on the beans. I did have to salt it which was unusual. I also had a traditional salad with advocado. Nice and fresh. My guest had a Cuban sandwhich which he enjoyed but said the bread... read more

The waitress was rude, double-charged us, then threw away our leftovers (after she had made the mistake and given us double portion). The manager did nothing to help the sitution. Would not recommend to anyone. There are a million delicious cuban resturants to try in Miami -- do yourself and your wallet a favor and choose a different one.

This was the first place that I visited when I jumped off the plane and began my vacation. Well it was my first and my last place I visited!! The chicken fajita and rice and black beans were perfecto! The chicken was so moist and the juice from the chicken was Heaven. I soaked my rice in every little drop.... More

We went there on Saturday evening. There was quite a long queue waiting by the door. The older lady didn't write any names but knew exactly the correct order! The tables were packed just inches from each other, so there was no privacy and no space to seat comfortable. But the food was great and the atmosphere was very friendly... More

My wife and I shared ceviche, small salads, camarones enchiladas, and plantains. Food was great and service was very good. I especially love the fried plaintains and the fact that they served Presidente beer.

Located near Collins Ave, Sazon is an excellent place to start the day, specially on breakfast time. The service room is clean, full of light on both sides of the corner. Place is very neat, and restrooms perfectly clean (automatic soap, clean corners) Servers are clearly cuban-descent and they have a smile in their face and great attitude. Probably a... More

My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant and we were very happy with the whole experience. We ordered marinated chicken and roast pork. Both dishes were very well prepared, juicy and delicious. The accompanying salad, rice and beans and bread were first rate and extremely fresh. Service throughout was very good. There is no restaurant parking but there... More

Had the Tues special 3/2/2015. Superb and very filling. Oxtail, black beans and rice. Quite reasonably priced and not too fancy. Obviously a favorite spot for the predominantly Latin-background local residents. Make reservations after 8pm as it fills up very quickly.

My first experience with Cuban cuisine -- I loved everything about this place -- the atmosphere, the staff, the music and the food was perfect. We had what the waiter recommended: Red Snapper w/almonds and sauce and Ropa Veja. We liked it so much, we went back in the morning for the $4.95 breakfast! Don't miss out on the Cafe... More

We had a wonderful Cuban meal at Sazon's. The food was very reasonably priced and tasted amazing. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who loves an awesome Cuban meal!
