I had a Coffee ice cream and my family each different flavored . I had tried everyone's ice cream in my family and believe it or not was damn good. Ice cream after a nice dinner in the hot city of Miami is it a given gift. I love to go back again and try their different flavored ice cream.

Went to Milani on a Tuesday Night for dessert. Small Gelato shop with a few "ice cream" tables outside. The gelato has a great consistency, however, some of the flavors left a little to be desired. I had a 3 scoop bowl ($6-7) of 3 flavors - Pistachio, Caramel & Hazelnut. The Hazelnut was absolutely delicious and I wish I... More

Had gelato at Milani all three nights while in south beach. Good customer service and a nice variety of gelato. Plus they deliver as an option. Didn't try that.

If you are looking for a real Italian ice cream in Miami brash, this is the place! Friendly staff and the best mascarpone pistachio in town, definitely recommended !

Gelato was truly creamy, with wonderful flavors. In fact, a native Italian runs the place which is ideally located on the pedestrian zone of Espanola Way. My native Italian husband loved it so much that we ate 3 cups of different flavors. Thus may be the only authentic place on Espanola Way that is not a tourist trap!

I love gelato. I tried the top three gelato places near Ocean Drive and this place won the prize as the best. Good flavor selection, nice clean shop, great taste and texture on the gelatto. I've been to Rome, Milan, and Venice - I know good gelato and this place has it.

Milani Gelateria is a gelato or italian ice cream shop, So, while I indicated "lunch" and "one of the best restaurant meals" I've had, this is not a restaurant per se, We walked down from the Lincoln Road Mall and had a look down Espanola Way which is a narrow but interesting steet with many higher end restaurants and shops.We... After a good dinner at Havana 1957, we walked down the street to get gelato. A friend who had been there before raved about it, and she was right! They offer a wide range of flavors (all good), and the serving sizes are generous. I highly recommend going for 2 scoops.

I could eat way to much of this! I had Pistachio. The nuts are flown in fresh from Italy I'm told. It was so perfectly rich & creamy... There's just no better than this Gelato. Ya just gotta try it. Will go back. Very small establishment with limited inside seating.

My husband and I first went to Milani during a food tour hosted by Miami Culinary Tours. This was the last stop during the tour, and it was a hot night. Needless to say, ice-cold gelato sounded especially delicious after walking through the tour, and we were both really happy with the authentic quality at Milani. The gelateria is down... More
