vibrant scene , good music, friendly staff, overall fun place to go, not a bad wine list, they should have Cakebread, but French wines ok as well, comfortable seating, good place for business and pleasure

The high ceilings, fancy decoration, lights and flowers definitely causes an impression for first-time customers. The service was amazing, with very polite and competent staff. The food comes amazingly quick, but no one was rushing us at all. We were the last customers to leave and still the server was taking time to provide us with interesting info about the... More

Best service I've ever witnessed. Never seen anything quiet like it. The food was good, I left with that good full feeling... didn't eat too much, didn't eat too little.

We enjoy Mr. Chow but preferred to have dinner in our room outside on the balcony. We were a bit inconvenienced when we had to walk downstairs to physically pay with our credit card and pick up our dinner. W offered to pick it up for us but their policy states we still had to physically pay with our cc.... More

For a large group (14), this restaurant has a very definitive system of serving that is not very flexible. However, the food is spectacular.

I picked Mr. Chows for our first dinner in South Beach because it was a quick walk from the Setai, where we were staying. When we walked in, I loved the high ceilings, white decor and abundance of white flowers! Beautiful! And then it went bad. First we were greeted by seemingly dozens of white jacketed Mr. Chow servers, an... More

My wife and I were first time visitors, food excellent but experience spoiled by incessant cell phone use by two different diners at nearby tables. Expect that at Burger King but not at high end restaurant. Will not return unless they adopt policy that cell phone use like smoking, go outside and don't bother other customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff but very weird atmosphere and set up. I felt like it was the day after someone's wedding decor wise with dodgey RnB music. Clientele were buried in their electrical devices. Food was average in tired receptacles. Didn't get it

Where would you find better green prawns, crispy beef and home made noodles besides the rich, crispy duck? Mr Chow is the best chinese alternative in Miami. The service was excellent and welcoming. The food was very good, pricey, but good and our glasses were never empty.
