My wife and I were first time visitors, food excellent but experience spoiled by incessant cell phone use by two different diners at nearby tables. Expect that at Burger King but not at high end restaurant. Will not return unless they adopt policy that cell phone use like smoking, go outside and don't bother other customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff but very weird atmosphere and set up. I felt like it was the day after someone's wedding decor wise with dodgey RnB music. Clientele were buried in their electrical devices. Food was average in tired receptacles. Didn't get it

Where would you find better green prawns, crispy beef and home made noodles besides the rich, crispy duck? Mr Chow is the best chinese alternative in Miami. The service was excellent and welcoming. The food was very good, pricey, but good and our glasses were never empty.

I went there with my wife on our last night in Miami. We sat outside. Great romantic atmosphere. Food was ok, nothing special, definitely overpriced, and the portions are small. Great bartender (Christopher).

So we went to this place for the first time. We have lived in miami for a long time. The food was ok... Nothing exciting. We asked if they had anything spicy, they said no. We asked if the chef could prepare anything spicy, once again they were not willing to accommodate. PROS: the venue is incredible. This is a... More

They say this is Chinese food but this venue is anything but typical Chinese! There will be no overflowing plates of food to bring home but we were fine with the amount of food served and actually did bring some home. We went with someone who knows all the best things to have so she ordered the pre-fixed meal for... More

When I say Mr Chow I think of the cheesiest American chinese take out. Instead this is a popular venue in the upscale W hotel. Nicely designed and some of the nicest staff around. Everyone seems authentically happy you are there. So a nice atmosphere. I had a chinese friend with me who couldn't understand the minimal portions for the... More

Lovely restaurant; really buzzy place. A bit loud for us, as we were with the parents celebrating mum's 60th. However, we sat outside, a lot quieter, so we could hear each other, in a cobana. Outdoor heating. Food was lovely. Service very good. A bit expensive! But, it was a special ocassion.

Staff was nice. Decor great. But the servings where small and in general the prices where high. Chinese food isn't a big exotic expensive thing in NYC were we live so maybe that's why it seemed overpriced to us. Even if it is a regional stye or homemade noodles.
