We were in South Beach Miami for four nights. We had dinner here twice!! Having lived in Sicily, Italy for two years and being very familiar with true Italian pasta dishes, this resturant was as close to Italy that I have found! My husband had the pasta seafood dish/smoked salmon with pink sauce, I had the caprese salad which had... More

Was lucky to find this place as it was close to my hotel. Everything about this place was great - food and service. I had the lamb stew pasta which was to die for. The pasta was fresh and light and the stew was as good as they come. Hope to visit again

Stayed in Miami for a week and walked by this restaurant most nights on my way to Ocean Drive. Finally went in one night and what a nice surprise I had. It's not the best set out restaurant I have been in but the food was superb and homemade. The manager came over and told us a bit about the... More

We stopped in here after just arriving from LA. I hadn't been to Miami Beach before and so was wandering hungry and tired. It all became better once we stopped at Cantina 27! I had the Tagliatelle Ragu and my wife had the eggplant lasagne. The flavours were superb and very true to there Italian heritage. We also had one... More

The sun was screaming into the front dining area where we were sat. I basically cooked throughout my entire meal. Portion size was small. The Linguine Pescatora was awful. The waitress warned me it would be spicy. What I got was basically pasta and water with some shellfish. Not spicy in the least. I honestly don't think they added any... More

Just arrived to Miami South Beach late evening we walked from our hotel towards Ocean Blvd. Dropped in at Cantina 27 and found fantastic service by Tim. Food was over average of Italian but not at the highest level. I would say very good for the money. We got an excellent Chardonnay wine from SüdTirol Italy (The Old Part of... More

Food was average for Italian. Pasta was overly simple, also bread for starters was simple white sliced bread. Not what I expect from an Italian

My friend and I arrived in Miami kind of late, so it was after 11 by the time we got checked in. Cantina is close to our hotel. The staff was very friendly. We were only able to order pizza due to the late hour, however, it was delicious! I think it's a little pricey if your on a budget,... More

Great food at good price. Quiet ambiance and the waiter spoke French (which was a nice touch!) The food was excellent and the waiter took the time to recommend food and wines. The fresh pastas were very good and the espresso ice cream in espresso coffee, amazing! If you're looking for a nice place to eat a romantic dinner without... More

sooooo worth going off my low-carb diet! from the moment the aroma of the fresh bread arrived, to the fresh pasta, and the homemade desserts.... the meal just could not have been better!
