Indonesian feast in South Beach

This is a small and cozy restaurant within walking distance of many hotels in South Beach (there is also public parking nearby). We had Rijsttafel Sumatra and had our table loaded with various delicious starters, mains of slow cooked meats and curries, soup and rice. Our waitress (a young lady... read more

A very tiny place with a good, uncommon and interesting food. Especially if you like coconut milk. Like many authentic cousins - you have no idea, what you order. We wish there were at least pictures in the menu. So we went on recommendations instead of sitting with smart faces and hearing the whole list of strange names from the... More

We had a great experience. The food tasted very good (rijsttafel: an assortment of different small plates of food) and the service was very friendly and attentive. You do get a 20 percent automated service charge added. The restaurant itself is cozy and small. The price of the food was good but the prices of alcohol high. Perhaps because it... More

Ari and Maureen have an intimate Dutch-Indonesian restaurant where you can tell the food is made with love. We got the Rijsttafel Sumatra, which is a giant multi-item, family-style feast. By far the best Indonesian food we've ever had (disclaimer: I've never been to Indonesia but plan on going soon). The next time I'm in Miami, this restaurant is going... More

Indomania is tucked away on a quiet side street in Miami Beach and has some the best food we've had while on vacation. The restaurant is small, the staff very attentive, and the food just a little different. The Rijsttaffels are sampler platters of various Indonesian delicacies that make a very satisfying meal. There are many terrific vegetarian options.

This gorgeous little restaurant was recommended to us by a local Miami couple, and it was better than we expected! Having visited Bali on holiday, we had tasted good Indonesian food and this small restaurant in Miami lives up to exactly that, wonderful food (we chose the extensive fish taster menu (Rijsttafel Ocean) with plenty of different fish, rice and... Cannot wait to see the INDOMANIA outside of MIAMI BEACH. Who had next? This one started from the bottom, and stayed at the TOP of TRIPADVISOR for years. Thanks to hard work and family style food made with love from honest people. Hard to find THAT in MIAMI.
