We like to eat here about 2 times a month. There is always a wait.... Just expect it. Put your name in, order a beer and wait for about 30 minutes. This is a small hole in the wall, with little to no signage, but has great sushi that is consistent. Definitely worth the wait. Sushi is freshly made and... More

Food was good- sushi- sashimi and dumplings floating on boats- the wait time too long- and yes The waiter guy who sits you needs to be better. Strange person- and he does sits whomever he likes- NO SUSHI FOR YOU. Saw it done to a couple. Back to the food- little dumplings are great. Sashimi and rolls are good- Place... More

My girlfriend and I love sushi and this place beats all! We go at least once every two weeks. It's a hole in the wall but lately it's gotten a lot of recognition. It opens after 6pm and you can expect to wait for at least 10-20 minutes at any time. Katana doesn't have that many chairs and only three... More

Everything is good except for the waiting time till you are seated. The place is a little too small and therefore the waiting area gets too crowded.

If you come for the atmosphere and would like to be served without wait by a moat of boats, you'd probably Katana a 4 or 5 star review. If you're coming for the sushi though, you can safely dish out a 3 star review or lower. The sushi is simply tasteless, lacking quality and creativity. I went with 3 stars... More

Tiny hole in a wall with not much competition around, which gives owner an idea that his place is busy and doing well. You will wait for an hour and an owner will be rude. Rice is dry and old. Avoid at all costs!

Is not ower first time we went many times and me hear storys about the small oriental guy that is there all the time, about his madness, but we never had any complain about it until today. We wait for more than an hour, we saw people jumping the line with diferent excuses. Finally we get a sit, we realize... More

i visited katana sushi because of tripadvisor, searching for best rated sushi restaurant with conveyor belt. i was well prepared that it is not the fanciest restaurant at all. it's even a bit runned-down, but at entrance i heard the friendly japanese irashaimase from all of the working guys in chorus. food itself was great, probably one of the tastiest...
