Not only are the stone crabs great, we don't need to go over the causeway to Miami Beach anymore or stand for hours to get them from Joe's. If Stone Crabs were all we ate here we would have been satisfied but the other fish/steaks were perfect as well, as was the wine list (at least 20 great wines by... More

We were staying in downtown Miami for a conference and walked from our hotel to Truluck's. We started in the bar with drinks and raw oysters. This evenings featured oyster was the Blue Point. The oysters were fabulous! The bar has a lot to offer in wines and cocktails and the piano and singer were delightful. We moved to restaurant... More

This is a high end seafood and steak restaurant run by people who know what they are doing. The cuisine was truly excellent. I had ceviche, and seared tuna, both perfect. The others in my group had sea bass and steaks, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. For wine we had a Septima malbec, recommended by our waiter, that was... More

First time at Truluck's. Had dinner with my wife to finish off a great holiday in Miami. Started with some wonderful cocktails then oysters and prawns for starters - good, but the prawns had a 'ketchup' dip. I had seared tuna for my main course which was excellent. My wife had cod for her main course which was good. We... More

No matter your dining preference they have an exceptional option for you. We had a varied group with extreme and varied expectations and all were well satisfied. The wait staff was exceptional from drinks at the bar to servers ... and although we seemed to have closed the place, there was zero rush - a very european feel.

It's expensive (about 90 bucks) but it's worth every single penny. This place will hit the pocket book something fierce but it's awesome.

I must admit, we much, much prefer the bar area at Truluck's in Brickell. Dinner is fine but, from a value perspective, eh. However, the bar area is relaxing, The appetizer menu is great. Behind the bar, Victor is a wonderful gentlemen and a great bartender. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. There is often live... More

Nicely decorated restaurant with just enough buzz to be comfortable. Good live music that was not intrusive. Food from the listed menu was quite good as was the affordable wine by the glass. We had a 6:45 reservation and had hardly sipped our wine when the salad appeared and the last morsel of salad still on the plate when the... More
