Get the fried snapper, they are famous for it for a reason. Very fresh fish, very good fish, very big fish. This is a must eat!

Drive by this place often and it is always crowded. The hotel next store said that their guests were raving about it. I suspect they meant raving mad. The food was below average. The fried calamari were the size of nickels with the breading. Couldn't taste the calamari. Pasta marinara with seafood was bland with four shrimp, one mussel and... More

We were staying in the area, so we decided to try Catch of the Day for lunch. The staff was very inviting, friendly & efficient. We could see that this is a place where locals go. Since this was Sunday, and the lunch menu wasn’t valid on Sundays (too bad for us), we ordered the grilled mahi mahi over salad.... More

Great dishes, and better entertainment - especially the karaoke! I would recommend the whole fried snapper! The key lime pis is noce too. If you want an outside resturant with great happy hour priices, the SOBE feel (without being art deco and on Ocean Dr.), then it's your place.

Had some time to kill in Miami so I came to this place as it was the closest to the airport. I did some research online and look at their menu and saw some things that were a little expensive but thought if I stick with appetizers I can stay within my budget. I ordered 3 appetizers and my total... More

Had a great time twice this week at Catch of the Day. We always go there when we're in Miami. Went with my husband for lunch. Had a great waiter--Al Rivera. He was awesome. Lunch was great--we shared the tostones with salmon. It was an appetizer but was enough for us, since we're light eaters. We came back the next... More

went with 5 coworkers for dinner. There is a lot of variety. Since it was Tuesday there was supposed to be 2 for 1 lobster but we got thee a bit late and they had just sold out. There was a good variety of other crab to choose from. I had the whole fried red snapper. Man was it good.... More

$$$$$ Food is very good and portions are big. Had the ultimate sampler appitzer and the paella. Walked away with food still on the table. Key lime pie sucked. Very pricey though. Would recommend if you can afford it. $$$$$

This place was recommended to us by our hotel front desk personnel, and since a prior recommendation proved correct, we figured how could we go wrong. Unfortunately, this was not my night. This location is on Lejeune and 42nd Ave - I understand they have another near a mall. First, the good stuff: Parking in the lot is valet, but... More

My wife and I flew in and this was recommended for lunch. Close to the airport, had to park across the street. A little crowded and noisy, but we were seated right away. Stone Crab claws seemed to be popular, but a little pricey. We opted to share the calamari appetizer and share the fish and chips. Service was good... More
