Description: Our first Florida location opened in downtown Miami at Mary Brickell Village in August 2007. The restaurant’s design creates a festive environment with bold, vibrant colors and features a tortilla-making station in the dining room as well as a dynamic 15-foot water wall with a legion of Acapulco cliff diver figurines. The outdoor bar and lounge offers an oasis in the middle of downtown, complete with a front row seat to the emerging neighborhood's activity. Whether you’re dining inside or out, the experience is exclusively Rosa Mexicano.

While I am not into Mexican food, a group of 5 friends went to this place on Sunday afternoon after a Miami Dolphins game and sat outdoors to have a drink and nibble on something. My friends were delighted with the appetizers they ordered, including the Guacamole and some melted cheese. I can say that the drinks are pretty good... More

If for no other reason you visit Rosa Mexicana than happy hour, you must get their "guac on tap" deal. $14 for 3 hours of guacamole and reasonably priced drinks.

Went on a Tuesday night so there wasn't too much movement. The service was very good. We ordered different things and most of them were pretty good and pretty authentic. The guacamole was delicious but a bit too pricey, not worth what they charge for it. The Sopa de Tortilla was exquisite. I love plantains and ordered them as a... More

I love this restaurant, maybe because Mexican is my favorite food! Without a doubt, this restaurant offers the best guacamole in town, all made at your table with fresh avocados, cilantro and tomatoes. The menu variety is great and eating there is always fun. Located in the heart of Miami at the most fun Mary Brickell Village, make this your... More

We were in Miami for a few days and decided to walk around Brickell to find a restaurant. As we walked around we saw this restaurant that seemed to be lively and the menu appeared to offer very tasty dishes. So we decided to have dinner there. We were not disappointed. The food was indeed very tasty and was brought... More

Great atmosphere and decoration. I suggest ordering the queso fundido with chorizo, chicken flautas, and guacamole with a chelada Modelo Especial Beer. Park at the Mary Brickell Village parking lot to avoid hassels. It is a good place to go with friends or family and enjoy a casual dinner or lunch.

We were visiting Miami to run the Ironman and it was also my sons birthday. He wanted Mexican food after our race to celebrate his birthday and for all of us completing the ironman. We had drank water and gatorade all day during the race and we were ready for something a little stronger for dinner. We ordered drinks and... More

My guest and I were disappointed with this restaurant; the food and service did not live up to the decor and reputation. I felt the place was not worthy of the cost; it will be a while before I return.

Friday evening and it is empty, that should have been a warning! I have eaten at both locations in NYC and they are wonderful. The service in Miami was rushed and the food mediocre at best! Loud music bounced off the walls of this empty restaurant. I will not return.
