This restaurant is a must-do if you are visiting Miami. Best ceviche we have ever tasted. We sat in the bar for lunch and our server was the bartender, he was so friendly and helpful and gave us great service. We loved everything about Jaguar and are so glad that we visited on our trip to Miami.

Jaguar Ceviche does not disappoint. Food was delicious. Service outstanding. Our party enjoyed the sea bass, short ribs and butterfish. All excellent! For dessert we had the chocolate soufflé and pineapple upside down cake. Not a bite was left!

With all of the usual "chains" around this area, it is nice to visit someplace fresh and unique. I stopped in for lunch while on a business trip. Service was very good, the food was clearly freshly prepared and the flavor of the food was outstanding. If I lived near here, I would be a "regular"

Located on the main drag in Coconut Grove, so there is a lot of foot traffic and the dining room can get a little loud. Maybe we expected too much after the previous reviews - my main problem was the level of noise inside, which was so high that we could not have a really peaceful birthday dinner as we have planned. The ceviches were good but not outstanding, as also the main courses. Interesting place but would not return.

Maybe we chose the wrong thing to eat but this was a very average dining experience. We had hamburgers and quesadas which were acceptable but nothing special. The dessert was a big lump of tortilla with cream and bananas which was stodge on a plate.The service was good, the cocktails were fine but overall it was disappointing.

I had the 6-spoon ceviche sampler and it was really great. An unusual and exciting variety of ceviche ... my sister, who is also quite into eating, didn't even know there could be so many types of ceviche. The crab cake was super tasty too. We found this restaurant through a Miami friend, but I had noted it from Chowhound.com
