Good dim sum in S. Miami

Several dim sum dishes are very good - shrimp dumplings, stuffed tofu, turnip cakes. The Cantonese pan fried noodles with shredded pork is as good as any Chinese restaurants in the States. This is a family operated, no frill, good value with above average quality dim sums Chinese restaurant. There... read more

My husband surprised me by bringing me here over the weekend. I was very excited to be able to have dim sum at 4:30pm on a Sunday! You get an order sheet with a menu that has corresponding pictures and numbers to the items in the order sheet. You make your selections and the server brings out your order as... More

Wanted good chinese and took my chance and went in. Restaurant looked run down, but then we decided to try it. Wonderful original food. Very good cook and great food. I orderd the fried Duck and it was great. If you can overlook the decor then you will enjoy one of the best chinese restaraunts in Miami.

We have been to many dim sum restaurants in different cities in North America, and this one serves some of the best dumplings on offer. It was a dumpling fest and the service at Kon Chau was fast, friendly and the dumplings were fresh, fresh, fresh & hot. They have so much variety on their dim sum menu that we... More

Went by trip advisor recommendations and agree that this is a great and unique Hong Kong style.Dim Sum restaurant. They don't wheel around carts with prepared dishes- here ALL dim sum are freshly prepared after you place the order- most take about 15 minutes to prepare and cook. Shu Mai, Sticky Rice, Chicken Buns were all extremely good, but the... More

We eat here on average 3 times per month (usually on Saturday or Sunday) when we crave Dim Sum. Located in a strip mall beside Lucky's Oriental Mart so I coordinate my trips when I need grocery items. Standard decor - nothing fancy - all tables (no booths). We've learned to time our visits because they do get very busy... More

It's a typical Chinese grungy restaurant, but the food is great. The Dim Sum are as good as most Chinatown restaurants in major cities. They don't come on carts, but you order off the picture menu, which always assures you that everything is hot, which isn't always the case in the typical cart Dim Sum restaurants. We go hear several... More

I eat here every time I'm in Miami. The dim sum is fresh and delicious. The service is adequate and typical of most dim sum places. I can't wait to go back.

We come to this restaurant all the time. It was recommended from a Chinese friend of ours. For us, is the best place to have an authentic dim sum experience. It is not a fancy restaurant, but you are here for the food. The dumplings are addictive, so make sure you try as many as you can. Our favorites are... More
