Beautiful Spanish setting complete with wandering performer/singers

This place has many wonderful reviews, and a formidable menu. We had the fried calamari as an appetizer, which was tender and served with a nice garlic sauce. However, our entrees were brought while we were still eating the calamari. My brother enjoyed the lamb shank very much. My sister in law had... read more

Although I live in Miami I had not been to Casa Juancho for over 10 years. I remember it well in the 1970s as Vizcaya Restaurant (owned by a great Basque chef), then they sold it and it became Casa Juancho. I tell you this because I recognized the restaurant immediately since the décor has not changed!!! Outside signs are... More

I am from out of town and was driving down 8th street to a cigar shop and was hungry. We saw this very nice looking restaurant and decided to give it a try. Valet parking at lunch and some very nice cars in the lot. The entry has a large glass window waterfall that is awesome. Service was first rate... More

The best Spanish food west of Spain where we have visited many times. Manolo does a great job, good service with a fair price. Cannot wait to return

While visiting Miami, my cousin suggested we dined in these Spanish restaurant. I am a Paella lover and have had the chance to share it in both sides of the atlantic. The restaurant has curb appeal as a colonial spanish restaurant and inside the decor shares the motif. We asked for Paella Valenciana and a sangria. It's my opinion that... More

The appetizers were good, we had the stuffed peppers and octopus. The Fideua' was more like spaghetti sauce and the seafood was overcooked. Service was very good, the singers who went from table to table were very loud. If you're looking for authentic tapas or Spanish cuisine, this is not your place

My suggestion is that you don't order Fideua or the Paella, neither one had any flavor, the appetizers were really good, the service is ok,

I have been a patron of Casa Juancho for over 30 years. Few restaurants stand the test of time as well as this venerable establishment. From the well prepared Sangria to Morcilla, Paella, well cut and served Jamón Iberia to an exquisite variety of desserts, do not miss this one while in Miami !

Sunday evening February 8, 2015 our company hosted a 30 guest dinner party at Casa Jauncho. The attentiveness of the wait staff was fantastic, from cocktail orders taken promptly upon our arrival, the delicious and abundant appetizer service, to the entre' service and desert and coffee service. The kitchen did a great job on delivering all of our meals simultaneously... More
