nice outdoor dining and good service

Had supper there the night before going to the Miami Open Tennis Championship. Wanted good food, nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Got all three. A bit pricey, wine for $11 a glass, but nice pour. I ordered the Lamburger with goat cheese, really good, the fig salad was delicious.

The best part of this restaurant is sitting outside and watching the world walk by. That alone made for a fun evening. The food is OK, but certainly nothing special at all. The service is good. Bottom line: I can't imagine sitting inside. The food isn't good enough. Sitting outside on a pleasant evening more than makes up for the... More

Two friends and I enjoyed brunch on a Thursday morning. The restaurant was crowded, but we were seated outside immediately. If available, I recommend sitting with a view of Main Hwy-- while we were eating several nice cars drove by, and there is an active bike path across the street. The brunch was very good; we found the coffee and... More

My mom and I have stopped even trying to come here. The service is really rather atrocious. It is always unbearably slow. The last time we tried to eat here we were seated and then left completely unattended for more than 15 minutes! No one bothered to bring us a menu, or water, or bread, or anything. Not even a... in the heart of coconut grove, this is The place for a brunch or an end of day cocktail. the crowd is young, the service simple but neat, and you may just have some heat players having their breakfast the table next to yours. I really loved it.

Great food at reasonable prices. Lamb was remarkable. Wine selection is OK, but just barely. Outdoor dining is pleasant - but loud music makes conversation tough. Will certainly go again -- with no expectations to understand conversations taking place over remarkable food.

Had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon that was DELICIOUS, and a nice bellini. Good prices, nice outdoor tables, good spot in Coconut Grove.

Went here on a hotel concierge recommendation, and it lived up to the hype. very reasonably priced, and everything was prepared really well. Skirt steak with peppercorn sauce was cooked just right. Fresh stuff, and yes, the people watching was solid too.

Good food, comfy sofas to sit and watch the people go by... Live this place for breakfast, went regularly while living there for five years! Still visit and return to this place every year!

This café was recommended by our doorman and randomly be a guy in a local shop. Was great. Had to queue to get seated - good sign. Huge, huge portions. Order small ! Liked it a lot.
