Disappointing, and not inexpensive!

We should have known when we arrived on a Monday evening and there were only three tables taken (not counting the two "ladies" hanging out at the bar). But our friends were hungry and didn't want to search for an alternative. We ordered Peking Duck 2 courses ($59) and were served a crispy skin... read more

We've been to Tony Chan's numerous times over the past 20 years. Some of our favorites: Peking Duck (2 courses), pineapple fried rice, yu pan quail appetizer (served in lettuce leafs), sweet & sour shrimp (hot crispy shrimp, fresh pepper, pineapple etc ... NOT "sticky glop" served at Chinese Strip Mall places!). General Tso's chicken (again, highly SUPERIOR!), crystal shrimp... More

Visited this restaurant with my husband and our friends right around Chinese New Year, so we were entertained by the folk dancers who put on a great show. Ordered pork steamed dumplings, along with a couple of delicious soups, hot and sour and the egg drop. Had the spicy fish and a tasty Szechuan chicken dish also. Good service added... More

So glad you could join us for the holiday, Neena! It's great to see everything you ordered really hit the spot and that the dancers could make the night even more enjoyable -- we'll be sure to tell them you said so. Hope we'll have the pleasure of seeing you in again next time you're in our neck of the... More

Enjoyed both take out and eating in with a group. Food was good and service was polite and efficient. We had both sushi and Chinese food and enjoyed both. Would return

Decent food but a bit pricy for the quality. We ordered some fried rice, it was rich and came in a real pineapple shell. It was hot and tasted great! But felt that it was not worth $18! And the service was not friendly

Jenny Z, Manager at Tony Chan's Water Club, responded to this review

Since you were such a fan of the fried rice, we're sorry the price was a little off-putting. Though we do take into account our quality ingredients (and great location, as well) when setting costs, we definitely didn't mean for that to catch you off guard. We're sorry, as well, that your service wasn't up to our usual standards, and... More

Great service and food. You need to park in the hotel, so get validated ticket. My wife had excellent duck dinner and the kung-pao chicken was excellent. You can see your food prepared through the glass wall, so that's entertaining.
