A few years ago it use to have live music which makes it more interesting. Now is ok, the service is good, but the food is just ok. I like the local vibe, not touristy which makes it better.Crab cakes and desserts are good, that is all I can recommend.

Berries is a cute little establishment with open air seating and a real Tree growing in the middle of it. I got the Olivia wrap which is huge and It comes with a fresh spring mix salad, costs $11.50. Kind of pricy but worth it from time to time.

You can't go wrong with this pleasant casual restaurant. A varied menu, a good location and efficient service. The food is quite good and with satisfying portions. I have been here many times and never been disappointed. You can bring your pet, if you want.

We were a party of 8 celebrating an adult birthday. We chose a later brunch so we didn't have to wait too long. Berries has been a place to go in the 'Gove' for years and brunch can be a long wait. Our wait was only minutes as we took the advice of the host. The variety for brunch covered... More

Stumbled into this casual restaurant in the grove off of NW 27th ave. and was very happy I did. It was a Saturday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. and I was very happy to see that they offer breakfast until 3:00 p.m. on the weekend. This is a very nice option for us late sleepers. They also offer $5.00 mimosa during... More

We arrived at the Hampton Inn around the corner after a very long drive. The reception recommended Berries. Of all our travels in Miami over the following days, Berries was our favorite, and I still yearn for a glass of red wine and a pizza in their lovely night environment. Along with the pizza, the appetizers and salads we tried... More

We ate there on 4/13/14. Bustling, loud, and crowded on a Sunday night. We were seated near the rowdy bar in an open room that amplified to noise. Almost impossible to talk to other dinner companions. Very nice server, eager to please. Food was extremely slow coming out of the kitchen and I my steak was too rare on the... More

To describe Berries the word Oasis comes to mind. You're sitting outside but not really... While undercover you still have a massive tree in the middle of the dining room which creates the illusion of being outside. Berries is a combination neighborhood bar, sports bar, restaurant all morphed into one. The best part is the menu. You could literally go... More

Went with friends for $10 pasta night. Chicken parmigan with pasta is that in great size. Cajun chicken with Alfredo sauce was spicy and surprisingly great. Good people atmosphere and attentive service. A real find!
