Come hungry, leave happy after eating a great steak!

Ate here with my wife the final night of a 12-day trip to Miami / cruise in the Caribbean. It was fantastic! Evoking an early 1900's men's lounge, with dark wood, minimal lighting, and traditional decor, you halfway expect to look around and see a couple of guys playing cards or smoking cigars... read more

It's a classic steakhouse, and you will get what you expect. Good cocktails, excellent cuts, and good sides. Solid.

For my budget this is a big occasion type place, that said I love it! It was our anniversary and I made reservations saying that and was very surprised to see the table all done up with hearts and glitter etc., still very class but a nice card etc., wishing us Happy Anniversary! If it's Capital Grill it's steak for... More

Valet parking in the basement of 444 Rivberate and the elevator whisks you up to the entrance of the restaurant. The bar is a long wooden and glass affair and the lobby is filled with private wine collections of the local rich and famous. The menu is classic steak house; with many choices. My personal favorite is the porterhouse. The... More

Great place for a business lunch or dinner. The food is prepared and served in 1st class style. Meats are dry aged and served as you request, together with an excellent selection of wines. The menue caters for all likes, and large portions. Has a great old style bar area, for pre dinner drinks and teh service is second to... More

Though the ambiance is definitely not Miami style (a little too stuffy), the menu definitely is, offering lots of choices of seafood, fish, steaks, salads and desserts. The food was really good, and the service... Outstanding. Oliver's description of day's specials, and wines, was excellent and accurate.

If I could only afford to eat here everyday I would be a happy camper! :--) Capital Grille Miami has never disappointed me. Service is always outstanding! (then again, it helps to have someone like Steve as your server). This time we came to celebrate a friend's b'day so we had cocktails at the bar first (I highly recommend you... More

Capital Grille is a chain with usually above average standard cuisine. Pretty expensive for what you can get at a steakhouse, but this was in the financial district. Service was good, steaks were well prepared. Ambience is more for businessmen.

The parking situation is a little weird; as well as the visibility from Brickell Ave. The menu had ample selections of not only steaks, but seafood options as well. The Lobster Crab Cakes were really good. A lot of meat and not all breading. I had the Chef's Selection of the Bone In Kona rubbed sirloin steak. Cooked how I... More
