We were stuck in Miami overnight on our way to the caribbean, and Versailles turned our frowns right upside down. It was a weekend night, so there was a line of people waiting to get in, but our party of 4 was seated in less than 15 minutes. The service was great, food delicious, and the mojitos heavenly!

We have eaten at several Cuban restaurants is the south Florida area and have always heard of Versailles. We finally had a chance to try them out and were very pleased. Ambiance is wonderful, food authentic and tasty and there is a lot of Spanish speaking all around. Great experience, and can't wait to get back. A quick note: many... More

My wife and I were in Little Havana on a Friday afternoon and decided to go to Versailles for a late lunch - wow was the food excellent. The place was packed at 3:00 p.m., which speaks to its legendary status in Miami, but the food lived up to the reputation. We ordered the Versaille Combo: Croquettas, yucca fries and... More

Our group of 22 people went to Versailles. Everyone was able to find something on the menu and enjoyed it; children and adults alike. We waited less than 15 minutes to be seated on a Sunday evening, even though the restaurant was crowded. The food was very good and timely. The wait staff was excellent. The Sangria was wonderful.

Of our group, a few of us ordered the famous Cuban sandwich with black beans. Others ventured to order entrees. Everyone agreed after sampling...Cuban sandwich was the best! The mojitos are not very strong, but have a nice flavor. Seating even for larger parties does not seem to be a problem. We were there at the height of the lunch... More

I went to Versailles, this Cuban restaurant is famous in Florida, because of its many years at this location more than 50, and most Cubans and Miami politicians visit this wonderful and cosy place. The service is fast and friendly and they have all dishes that you might love and enjoy very much. They have beans, white rice or yellow rice whichever... While it's a little loud and hectic, that's half the reason you want to visit Versailles! Crowd is a mix of super casual and formal guests, but it just feels normal. Food is very good, and very consistent. I love the palomilla steak and sweet plantains.

The food here is Cuban. The service was out of this world fast. Faster than any fast food place, and the food much better. The waiters are standing around waiting for you to take a sip of water so they can re-fill it. Great food, great atmosphere. You should go.

There is a good reason US Presidents have dined at this restaurant as it provides great food with a very friendly staff and is always busy (it is quite large also). I have eaten here many times and have always enjoyed my meal. Great value as well.
