Breakfast

Ordered a Vege Omelet, other than onions and green peppers, ingredients not noticeable, save 1 thin slice of cheese on top. Found a hair in a cut section that I pulled out and laid on edge of plate. I was nice enough not to make a big deal and save that section for my dog. However, when I... read more

The food and the service is amazing. The people here are friendly, and I recommend trying the chocolate chip pancake, you won't regret it.

After missing breakfast, we arrived at Chuck Wagon with hearty appetites and high expectations from our previous experiences at the family's restaurant on 117th Avenue. I ordered the hot roast beef platter with mashed potatoes and gravy, my wife ordered the 8 oz.steak hot platter with mashed potatoes and gravy. When they arrived, our plates were indistinguishable -- a sea... More

Walked in for breakfast with the wife. Told we'd have to wait 30 minutes. Saw several empty booths. Question - "Can we sit at a booth and have a coffee until the food arrives?" Answer - "No. You can wait at the entrance" Question - "Will we be seated in one of those empty booths." Answer - "Yes, but the... More

Before going in I was worried, the place needs work. But a coworker recommended it. It's across the street from IHOP and I will rather have chucks wagon a million times over! It was so yummy! The biscuits and gravy had to be my favorite and the western omelette was very good as well, the people were sweet, I see... More

On seeing the Chuck Wagon restaurant off of Bird Road you might be mislead because it is not in a fancy building and doesn't have the bells and whistles of many other restaurants in Miami, but on entering you will find out why it is a neighborhood staple -- you are treated like family here. I also noticed there were... More

I've been eating here for over 20 years! I moved out of Miami almost 10 years ago but still go back to Chuck Wagon when we go back to visit. This weekend we had breakfast there twice and both times the food was fantastic. No fake food here! Fresh eggs and potatoes were delicious. Pecan pancakes were just the right... More

The workers at this restaurant were very pleasant and welcoming. The food was average and the price range was average. They have lots of options and huge mason jars for drinks. I would return if in Miami again.

Went there with my adult son on Wednesday and returned today with my wife for breakfast. Not fancy but good food at a good price, Omelets are large with many choices of filings. But what made me comeback where the biscuits. You get two with any egg order. They are outstanding with butter, jelly or both.
