Excellent meal

If you go definitely try the tasting menu. They matched the food and wines very well. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Definitely impressive decoration to take people out.

After its success in NY and Palm Beach, Daniel Bouloud brought a nice setting in the hear of Downtown Miami, at the foot of the Marriott Marquis tower.

My boyfriend and I were traveling on buisness and stayed at the JW Marriott for 2 weeks. Of all the resturants at the hotel this was our favorite, we almost had every meal there. From lunch to happy hour and dinner the menu varies with amazing choices. Christophe the maitre d'hôtel was an amazing host with great conversation. Even on... More

We were staying in the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel and didn't want to travel far so went downstairs to db Bistro Moderne. The food was out of this world and the service was just as good. While in a bit of a dead area tourist wise of Miami - well worth finding to try. 10/10

While I have a high rgard for Chez Daniel in New York and Daniel Boloud's restautant in Beijing, this experiment in Miami is a big dissapointment to me. We werehaving a business dinner with 10 attendants. The french wine was ordinary and at a wrong temperature. The menu was a maze. You could not figure which were the starters or... More

Being a fan of Daniel Bouloud's cuisine, I was ecstatic when he opened a restaurant in Miami. Much like in NY, Monsieur Bouloud offers his magical and delicious French dishes in a casually refined atmosphere. An exquisite dinning experience.

I ate here with a client for lunch. We had an incredible meal. The carrot soup was homage and the Maine lobster salad was divine. What made it excellent was the addition of avocado and some little sauce around the plate. The flavours beat anything I have had so far in Miami

DB bistro was a great lunch spot and with the special offer menu an affordable treat. The mains were the stars with the deserts being nice but could do with removing the chocolate balls which made it seem cheap

Not to the standard of a Boulud restaurant, or even a self respecting french bistro at that price. The waiters are nice but slow and clueless as to how to serve a table; kept spilling the water, when asked to stop serving they kept pouring. My wife asked for a diet Coke, which was forgotten and by the time they... More

Evening started poorly. We were seated and 20 minutes later, no one had even bothered to ask about a drink order. I went to manager and complained about being ignored. That solved the problem as he closely watched over our waiter who appeared frequently from then on. Food was just average. Grouper entree was a bit tasteless, but was served... More
