We had food from the menu; I would compare this restaurant to Le Bouchon which is close by. The decor is less warm, but they have a prix fixe menu which makes up for it. The dessert (kit-kat) was delicious, the mussels too (wish they served some fries with them but I guess they did not because the menu does... More

It is always a pleasure to to return to the George's in the Grove. It just feels like home. The service, the attention, the food and the ambiance are simply the best. Lucia, the owner, Carlos the manager and their incredible staff deserve all the credit. They simply go out of their way just to make sure you are having... More

Went on the night that Brazil was playing in the world cup so the place was full of Brazilian fans. Staff were very helpful and the food was very good.

Got to love it for the name alone. Neat place. Goat cheese salad and ribeye were exceptional. Atmosphere warm. Watch the fireworks if there's a birthday.

This is a fun place to eat, especially if you have a special occasion. They bring out fireworks to the table and turn on the disco balls and loud music. It was fun to see. The food was good but the atmosphere was better.

After missing the three PM cutoff at le Buchon in the grove, we settled for trying George's. Unfortunately, had Johnny Rocket's still been there, we'd have been better off. A friendly server brought us a complementary flutes of champaign and we thought this was a good sign. A Croque Monsieur should be simple staple for a French restaurant. Grease laden... More

Sea Bass is one of the absolute most perfectly cooked dishes I have ever had. The fish almost melted in my mouth....not sure how they cook it like this. It was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this place....absolutely loved every dish we had...

Worth the visit. Steak was perfect temp and served with au gratin potatoes. I love au gratin potatoes and these were the best I have ever had. The other meal was a seafood pasta dish. It was offered with a red sauce, however on request the chef changed the sauce to one made from scratch. The service was great. On... More
