Our large group was easily accommodated since business slows during the summer. Everything was fresh and clean and the service was quite friendly.

We went to dinner at Long Point Café with 3 others. It was very crowded but we had a reservation so didn't have to wait. The Conch fritters were very good, but my main course lacked appeal. It wasn't bad, just not great.

We recently stopped in at the Long Point for lunch while we were driving around A1A. It was fairly busy and we were seated quickly. Hubby ordered the burger and I ordered a Caesar salad with blackened chicken. We received our drinks promptly then waited and waited and waited for our food to arrive. Honestly, it took close to an... More

Stopped in for lunch today while we were visiting the area. The staff is friendly, and the cafe was nicely decorated, and clean. My husband and I both ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich, which came with a few chips and dill pickle slice. If you want lettuce and tomato on your sandwich ask for it. The chicken salad was very... This place was great but it has slipped a little. They do not offer the choice of sides that other places do and their prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. OK but no longer great

We were in the Melbourne area the week of Dec 14th and we went here for breakfast twice to get the fish Benedict. Sooooooooo Gooooooood! Fresh fish, perfectly cooked eggs and, a nice hollandaise sauce, yum! Every time were there we have to have it! Service was good. The place is not very big so at times you may have... More

Dinner for four on Saturday, Nov 30 at 7PM. Dining room was 3/4 full and was empty by the time we left. Two people ordered the grouper (catch of the day) and commented how bland the preparation was. One person ordered the seafood risotto, which had NO seafood in the risotto, as the seafood was placed on top of the... More

This restaurant serves only fresh food within a family restaurant atmosphere. . The fish of the day, just caught locally, is especially noteworthy. The side dishes are remarkably well prepared. I was very impressed and would compare meals here to those of a pricey, high-end restaurant. Very friendly staff is just one more plus.!

We are from Seattle and have lived in this area for 6 months and had heard from long time residents that this is a great place. They only have dinner 6 months out of the year so we had to wait. It was worth it. The three of us collectively have eaten at the best seafood restaurants in Seattle many... More
