There are too many reasons to eat here that can't all be put in a review. Just go eat here. Prices are good, food is great (& most is locally sourced!), atmosphere is nice, servers/managers are very nice and knowledgeable.

I hate leaving a restaurant feeling unsatisfied! Although the inside of the restaurant is pleasant and comfortable, the exterior still looks like a converted gas station. Takes away from that first impression creating a sense of " ohh-o ", what am I walking into? The staff is very nice but get ready for a 2 hour dinner, service is slow... More

I was introduced to this restaurant by vegetarian friends, and have eaten here several times since. This is one place that's on my list of places to bring friends and family when they come into town. The location is easily accessible on a corner at US1, right on the outskirts of Downtown Melbourne. However its not the most scenic view... More

We went there for a family celebration-we had a reservation-table was cozy, service was efficient and courteous AND the food was AMAZING! The dressing on the house salad-a red pepper vinaigrette was fabulous and then the entrees were delicious. Great local food and chef very amenable to my dietary issues (no dairy, no gluten). It was a great dining experience-probably... More

For a small restaurant the food quality is excellent with a good variety. The service is good and the surroundings are pleasant for a small inside space. I love the chips and salsa served with the meals and the desserts are good also. A good place to eat if downtown Melbourne.

My friends and I went for lunch at 11:30 on a warm spring day. There we plenty of seats. We sat outside on the porch in large chairs and a sturdy recycled-plastic slatted table. While it was a little noisy with the traffic on US1, it was pleasant otherwise. Our waitress was efficient and friendly and we had our food... More

We were escaping the frigid Northeast with a few days on the Space Coast, looking for a fun evening and found it in Historic Downtown Melbourne. After browsing the shops, we stumbled upon The Nomad Cafe. Looking for something different, less mainstream, we were not disappointed. The restaurant is small and intimate, but we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The... More

I love to bring fiends to this spectacular restaurant, the owner has been able to transform this once fast station into the a culinary masterpiece right in the center of downtown- if you come to Melbourne #Nomad Café should be on the top of your list- do make reservations they fill up quick, and order anything they suggest on special... Excellent food, farm to table which we appreciate, very pleasant atmosphere and good service. we had no reservations on this friday night, our first in Melbourne. the wait was going to be 45 minutes. The resourceful hostess set our group up at the one dry table outside where our drinks were served. The meal was definitely worth the wait!
