Susie's has your usual breakfast grub. Not bad for a quick breakfast. We preferred Nene's as the quality was better and the coffee was stronger! more

The food is good to really good..but if you're looking for atmosphere this isn't the place.. as a vacationing NYer the food is on par with NYC diner food.. but its in a strip mall in Florida..what do you expect..Yeah its a bit much with the Yankee and NY Giant stuff but the food is good.. service is nice ..mgmt... more

We believed the sign that said "voted best breakfasts" and went in. It was filled with cheap trinkets, toys and souvenirs so that wherever you sat you had a shopping opportunity. I read the reviews on Susie's before leaving home for my March 25, 2009 trip to Marco Island so I was prepared for a WOW breakfast. We went there for lunch, even though the place is known for their breakfast. Not so great, but a good value. The dining room was most interesting; sports memorbellia, pencil cases lined the walls with price tags hanging from them. Kinda weird, but somehow endearing. The food was pretty good, not great, but worth going back for. more

I loved going to Susie's Diner. It was my first vacation since working on the Sopranos. It was great to see the signed picture of Jim Gandolfini and Tony Sirico! Ahh La Famiglia! Susie's is your basic, all-American diner. Good eggs and waffles, limp bacon, weak coffee, average diner menu. Certainly nothing great (not sure where the "excellents" come from) but not terrible either.
