Visited later in evening. No wait. Waitress was efficient and friendly. My husband raved over his scallops. I had a broiled seafood platter. Fish was great. Shrimp a bit chewy. Potato and salad bar were yummy. Live music was really good. The highlight- the view. We were there on a full moon night, lots of fish swimming around dock, crabs... More

Waiting for a table on the upper deck with 2 for 1 drinks in hand while watching dolphins swim by, boats motoring past, and looking at Isle of Capri all combine for an enjoyable early evening chilling out experience. Service was OK. Food was less than memorable. Keep your food order simple and enjoy the ambience.

Throw back to 50s or 60s. River view, no sunset view but nice boat traffic watching. Staff friendly, service OK. Food was good. I had a bacon wrapped shrimp the was rubbed and fried. Amazed that bacon was crisp and shrimp was not overcooked. One of the few places left with a salad bar. They have a different buffet each... More

The food itself was pretty good, I had stuffed grouper and my wife had stuffed shrimp, daughter had fish and chips. Along with the meal you get a trip to the salad bar and a potato. I was happy with the meal but the service was a little slow and it cost a bit more than I would have expected... More

It was so nice to sit out on the patio and listen to the live music but I was underwhelmed with the quality of the food. The coconut shrimp was very good but my grilled scallops were average and the baked sweet potato that came with it was overcooked and had no taste. So weird because I love sweet potatoes.... More

Prices reflect view if the bay. Restaurant is know for preparing your catch. Salad bar needs TLC and dressings are watered down. Service is fair and main courses overpriced. Would recommend Cocomo's Grill for higher quality, more reasonable price points and better service.

Dining at the Snook would be one star if it weren't for the atmosphere. After being seated, it took the server about 10 minutes before being greeted. We ordered the special, all you can eat fried shrimp, fried fish and broiled fish along with an oyster po' boy. The salad bar was decent, nothing special and it took over an... More

Went to Snook Inn with another couple and my 1 1/2 year old daughter last night. We did not enjoy our visit. I will start by saying we were seated on the water and promptly as there was hardly anyone there. The views are awesome!! After that it all went down hill. Waitress took our drink order and the order... More

This is a great place for fresh fish. You'll find a mix of vacationers and locals here, families, couples and groups. The relaxed, no-frills atmosphere only makes it more inviting after a day in the Florida sun. They're almost always busy and that's always a good sign!

Don't expect a fancy table with cloth napkins. You'll sit at a picnic table with a view of the waterfront. The service was good. Drinks from the bar were large, but not very well made. The mahi mahi and scallops were delicious, but the bill was more than I'd expect for what we got. I will eat here again when... More
