Years ago we thought Kretch's was a great find in Marco Island. We don't think that anymore. We feel the food is just average. The people working there are all old and cranky. The atmosphere is dark and gloomy. We won't eat there again. more

Went to Kretch's based upon Trip Advisor's strong reviews. Food was fine and menu had some interesting items (hogfish and tripletail), which we tried and enjoyed. Returned from Marco Island on Feb 28. Ate at Kretch's 3 times and never had a bad meal. Seafood strudel is very good, also BBQ ribs were very meaty and fall off the bone delicious. more

Local atmosphere with involved owners. Soup, salad & Grouper sandwich were great. Filet had a great taste, but the cut of meat was less then a filet. Meat was overcooked & tough. The seafood crepe is soooooo delicious and so are the ribs.. The service was good and its is just a great place to eat. I Live in Fort Lauderdale and come to Kretches almost every time I get in the Marco area. more
