Great service, delicious food, inexpensive, hot coffee. Try the Nutella French toast and the potato casserole!
we had breakfast here on our last day and it was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and efficient. The food excellent.Eggs benedict and belgium waffles were awesome! Go there if you can
A "bit from the beach" means two miles, easy on a bike or in a car, but a long walk. Red Rooster has a basic, good value menu that is prepared well. No need to get ripped off at your beachfront rental. Many locals are there, mostly seniors. Dress is casual. As a local, I would recommend it to people... More
We had a Shrimp Po-Boy and a Pulled Pork sandwich. Both were spot on. Shrimp was very fresh and perfectly cooked. Bread was as good as New Orleans. Remoulade sauce is very tasty. Potato salad was freshly made and exceptional. I recommend highly.

I always say I will try something else but always end up ordering the quiche. It is creamy with a great crust. My husband got a vegetable omelette that was also wonderful with fresh asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, etc. The only drawback to this restaurant is the long lines in season. Now that the crowds have thinned we will be... More
