Second year in a row coming to marco island. Trip would'nt be the same without coming here. Great shepherds pie and Gavin was a great bartender.

We were very impressed by the bartender service and knowledge. He was willing to chat and offer helpful information re: the island. He was attentive and customer friendly, worth tj trip back on that alone. Only ordered an appetizer so unable to comment on the food but the menu seemed to cater to the Irish.

I sat down at the bar and asked about a football game that they weren't getting on there existing Directv lineup. I would have been fine watching something else, but they called Directv immediately and made it available (within about 10 minutes). In addition, their irish-whiskey BBQ chicken tenders were the best ever. Gavin, as bartender, was a great host.

This place could really be a lot better! Service was sub-par and the Favorite Irish Dish would not be ordered again by me. They seem to cater more to the people sitting at the bar than those at the tables. They did have some entertainment going on.

Food was amazing. It could have been a bit more a/c'd with it being 95 out. But the food was outstanding. Service was great. We'd definitely come back if we find ourselves in Marco again.

The service and atmosphere are excellent. The Irish favorites are a must. The Potato Soup is excellent, and our entrees were the Corned Beef and Cabbage for me and Fish & Chips for my wife. We were both very happy with our meals and maybe the best Corned Beef and Cabbage I've had outside of Ireland. And draft Guiness to... More

Unless your one of local alcoholics that sits at the bar everyday you will be experiencing feelings of disconcert and being unwelcome. After a couple of beers and light snack I figured I would socialize a bit since the atmosphere was dull and play some music on the jukebox and chat with others but apparently that perturbed the regulars and... We stopped at O'Donoghue's twice during our stay this week on Marco Island - once for drinks and dinner and then once for a nightcap...great Irish Pub atmosphere - bartenders are very friendly and know local venues well...I was impressed with how relaxing it was and how welcome we felt...nice selection of micro brews - highly recommend the Florida IPA... My family went on a slow night and the service seemed rushed. The food was not that good and the children's meals were lame. Needs work.

My wife and I spent a week vacationing on Marco Island in July, staying at the Hilton like we did back in July of last year. This trip, we originally went into O'Donoghue's for happy hour beers, but ended up staying for dinner, too. For happy hour, we sat at the bar and watched the traffic go by through the... More
