What an Easter Brunch!

We celebrated a Birthday with 8 people at the Bistro Soleil. The buffet had a large variety of excellent dishes and the dessert was heavenly. The waiter could not have been more attentive. Our family loved Easter brunch here. It was the second time we had brunch here and we were not disappointed. The food was fantastic with so many great choices. What a treat to have three meat choices on a buffet. The omelets were made to order and delicious. The creme brulee for dessert was excellent! We were very impressed with... More

Bistro Soleil is always a wonderful dining experience and Easter Sunday Brunch did not disappoint. The selection was fabulous. I didn't know where to begin. I love breakfast food so I stayed with their wonderful egg dishes. The fruit was the freshest, the lox "to die for". the presentation of the food was festive and well done. My husband was... More

We are visiting family and decided on Easter Brunch here. We were very pleased.. The shrimps were plump and plentiful .the smoked salmon was amazing. We moved on the the carving station ..leg of lamb was done very nice and the strip was done to perfection. Then let's just mention that this restaurant makes the best creme brulee and you... More

The food was good, the service poor and the price sky high for what you got! One would think a mimosa would be complementry on Easter Brunch! The floor is unsafe and the hand rail dangerous! 20% tip for a buffet when I never got a clean fork was just wrong. Next year we will hop on down the lane

We went here twice on our recent visit so we must have enjoyed it. Not exactly FRENCH unless you have never been to France notwithstanding the excellent escargot. I must admit that on our first visit I found it very unsatisfactory to be served (it was Monday night) by a bread and water waiter (running footman?) wearing regular running shoes.... More

Everything was great..except one thing: the wine glasses are too big for white wine.it is inappropriate for a restaurant of this quality..white wine needs smaller wine glasses and the servers shoudkl be trained for how much wine they shoud pour...! thanks

We ate here for dinner twice. The restaurant serves old fashioned French food ie well cooked and sizeable portions but lacking the presentation and finesse of the best French restaurants . The first evening I started with escargot. This is often chewy but not in this case and the accompanying garlic butter was mopped up with the excellent bread by... More

Bistro Soleil was exactly what we hoped for. The servers were wonderful, friendly, classy, and knowledgeable. The setting is quiet and romantic but not stuffy. The food was spectacular and reasonably priced (by Chicago standards at least). We had two different kinds of filet and each were cooked perfectly. The wine selection is plentiful and again there are some great... More
