Of course you have to quickly run through the smoke filled main building to get outside( and it is really really thick in there). drinks are very cheap ....tiki bar is nice... More

Went in May as associate legion members from Canada. Were told we could not order alcohol. I see on Facebook that all Canadian legion members have been welcomed back as of October 1st. Hope this is true, we missed visiting while we were there.

As Chairman of the New Malden Branch (London UK) Royal British Legion. I would like to thank Post 273 for their very kind Hospitality when I have visited fla. I having served along side you're young men (when I was young) know of the tremendous pride you have for your Veterans. I recently attended the service of remembrance held at... More

I stop here on every visit to the Tampa Bay area. They have a fantastic dining deck with a Tiki bar and the views are great, while having something to eat with a couple of cold ones. I am a member of the American Legion and have been treated with respect from the employees and members of this Post!

Drinks at noon on Sunday on the deck; the view of the ICW cannot be beat and the mixed drink prices are the best around. You must be a member and they accept only cash. Live music.

April 22nd told that R.B,L were not welcome as we had allowed RIFF RAFF to join, By this they meant Firefighters?? What an insult. With two sons serving in Afghanisan I have to say that this legion is disgrace. The real reason is that thay object to the large numbers of Candadians usising the post. The other legion at Treasure... More

We as well visited this legion in early April and were informed that our membership from Canada as associates was not good enough in order to buy drinks. We as well have fathers and uncles that fought in WW 1 and 2 and somehow this is a real slight to their memory by this legion--- so we will also be... More

My wife and I are both RC Legion members and have been going to the Madeira Beach branch for 10 years now. This April when we showed up for Karaoke night there was a notice on the door to the effect that we would no longer be welcome (served). So we left and went to the VFW up in Johns... More

I have been using my Canadian Legion card for bar service at the Madeira Legion for the past 10 yrs. On April 9 2013, day before leaving for home Kincardine Ont. I was told my card was no longer acceptable for obtaining bar service, I was welcome, but somebody with a card who had served in the service would have... More
