We stayed within walking distance of this little gem. They had ridiculously good home made ice cream. I had the coconut and it had fresh coconut in it. The kids and I had fun picking out candy treats. Very reasonably priced. They literally begged to return to by "travel candy" before our flight home.....so we did. What a fun little... More

The family decided to go for ice cream for desert. We were amazed by the serving sizes. What is normally a double sized cone, at this establishment they are singles. You more than get your money worth. The homemade ice cream was terrific. I had the mint chocolate chip was fantastic. All of the ice cream I tasted was awesome.... More

We have gone to several Candy Kitchen locations in Pinellas County and have not been disappointed. Great ice cream and candy. We especially liked the Madeira Beach location for, of all things, their bathroom. The floor was tiled with bottle caps. My child loved it. The ice cream was great. We did not buy any candy but there were selections... More

Fabulous hand dipped, homemade ice cream. Also a wonderful place to buy old fashioned candies. The chocolate chip mocha ice cream was delicious.

This is a must-go stop for all who stay on the beach. The ice cream scoops are quite generous! There is a lot of "old time" candy. Be prepared for a line that goes out the door -- it usually moves quickly though

We come to this area every year for our family vacation and we can not leave without visiting Candy Kitchen. This year was no exception. The kids love this place, obviously, what's not to love? With a name like Candy Kitchen, you know it will go over well with the kids. It's a small place and only about 7 or... More

This place is awesome! You get a lot of ice cream for your money. The line gets long, but there is a lot to look at inside while you're waiting. The bathroom wall is covered in candy wrappers.

There is usually a line here at night, because the place is so little, it will only hold a few people at a time. The ice cream was good, but you could end up spending too much on candy. Unless you are really craving a certain candy that you haven't had in a long time, I would skip the candy.

A friend told us about this place, so we decided to check it out. Glad we did. This is some of the best ice cream around these parts of FL. Be aware, the lines get LONG but it's worth it. I got the cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone...the chunks of cookie dough were huge. Price wasn't bad... More

Mostly getting ice cream. I had black rasberry and caramel sundaes. My daughter had the Italian ice. Other daughter had pistachio. Husband had the frozen banana-my son liked trying different sodas. Neat atmosphere. Just a nice family place to stop.
