We happened into this small quaint establishment while walking John's Pass Village. There is not great signage so it would be easy to miss. We had a cheese steak and a bacon cheese burger. HUGE meals and the food was OUTSTANDING. We had a nice young server named Nicole that was friendly and once we engaged her she was very... More

Good average beach snack shack. The food is good and the service is good. Its a good place for apps and a few beers (no booze).

We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised, the food was great! The French fries were amazingly good. The inside dining area is a bit small but it was nice to get out of the sun for a little bit. I would definitely go back.

A small, but tasty burger with blue cheese & blackening spice, add two dollars for warm and soggy fries. The draft beer was reasonable, $4.00 for a pint, domestic. Service was quick, but with no personality at the bar.

Good: The fries are great and the outdoor seating is a plus! Bad: The lobster roll is simply not good. Go to the Boardwalk Grill, it's much, much better if you are craving a lobster roll. The guy at the checkout seemed a little out of it, but it was almost closing time. Ugly: Nothing.

Had a great dinner. .. no wait, faster service, better food for less money m..I recommend a Pirates over Scullys or The Friendly Fisherman for the before stated reasons. ..I asked a sad faced family sitting on the patio @ The FF & the response was they had been waiting an hour for a pricey dinner they later said wasn't... We've been to the boardwalk at Johns Pass many times, but this was the first time we ever stopped to eat at Pirates Pub and Grub. It's a small place, but definitely worth a visit. We both ordered beer and burgers, and the burgers were among the best we've ever had. Tasted like high quality meats, and very large...I couldn't... More

It seemed wrong to be eating burgers given the sights we were seeing sitting on the boardwalk, but glad we did! Burgers were awesome and cooked perfectly, topped of with BBQ sauce, veggies, and an onion ring. Fries were average but burgers were more than worth it. One of the kids had gator bites and she enjoyed them as well.... More
