Fun little spot in John's Pass

We stopped in here after walking around the shops at John's pass. It is a very pleasant in and outdoor spot with music and food and drinks. Very tropical atmosp ere. We enjoyed the music and the food was good. Friendly staff and good service.

Great, fun place. Fantastic service, great food and great prices. Shrimp tacos, pulled pork, and mahi sandwiches were great and so inexpensive. Our waitress was friendly and super attentive. Live music and a fun outdoor dining atmosphere. Worth every penny

The entire ambience is, and always has been great. I have been a patron of Bamboo for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The food is very good and the service is always prompt and polite. The manager, Kim, runs a tight ship. My husband and I like going here to play backgammon and listen to... More

April 2015- On vacation with our teens and happened to stop in for a bite to eat. There is outside open seating, seat your self. Make sure the waitress is aware that you have sat down because the place was very busy and you might be over looked. There was live entertainment and older people dancing having a good time.... Stopped in with my family for the live music and a light bite. Big mistake. We sat down at table 1 and waited 15 minutes - no service. Changed tables and were greeted by a frazzled waitress who we spent the next 2 hours correcting and helping and trying to find. The place was packed with disappointed guests. Not sure... More

Stopped in for a final refreshment on our walk back to Condo after a long day at Johns Pass shopping and eating. We sat inside by the bar. We waited over 15 min and got no service. We had our granddaughter with us and because there was so many people smoking we decided to leave. Go elsewhere if you have... More

The service was terrible. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese that was cold and hard by the time it got to our table. We waited forever to get our check after asking 3 times. Finally had to track the waitress down. The live music was really good.

We were lucky enough to stop by here when there were people singing. We had a great meal, and cold beer, and nice entertainment. One hour slipped by, then another, a great place to rest and set a spell.

Stopped in on a weekday around noon. I had passed this bar/rest. during my daily jogs for the past 3 days and it was packed each day around 1:30. Walked by after leaving John's Pass..the sign for a fried shrimp basket peaked our interest, as its simple, but one of my wife's favorites. We split it and ordered beers/drinks...on vacation!!...
