Best Indian in Orlando!

We love this place! We started going to an Indian place on 50 that is 25 minutes closer and recently were out near Gateway to India and decided to stop back in. Man we forgot what we were missing! We forgot the quality difference and will be making the drive from now on when we want Indian.

The food was amazing, and we had an option to pick one of the three heat intencities. Because we went while it was slow, we had the waiters brining us refills and extra plates even before we asked which was a much welcomed suprise! The food was slightly pricey, but it was so completely worth every penny. The music they... More

Lunch buffet isn't big, maybe 5 or 6 dishes, but that's all you need. The chicken tikka masala is amazing. Large rice cooker allows you to get as much as you want. Great bone in chicken and refreshing mango pudding to kill off the heat.

We stopped in for the lunch buffet. The food was very good. I tried several of the curries and other dishes on the buffet, and I liked all of them, especially the mushroom curry. The service was okay. The drinks stayed empty, which was annoying as some of the curries are fairly spicy. I also think it's a little pricey.... More

Very flavoful food, and the buffet selections vary day by day. Some of the selections are a little spicy, but they have raita to cool off, and wonderful naan.

We ate here on a Sunday evening at the start of January. Good location, but the decor inside and outside is a little dated, it probably could do with a makeover. To start with we had popadums which were good, the sauces weren't the greatest but they were adequate. We ordered a Chicken Madras which was excellent, and a chicken... More

Gateway to India is kind of easy to miss because it just blends in with everything around it. My family and I were in the mood for Indian food, found this in a search, and decided to give it a try. The buffet had a nice selection of foods. We enjoyed everything we tried, but if we were to recommend... More

This is my third visit. The Naan breads are very good. Best in area. Thick and juicy. The dipping sauces are excellent. Decent wine choices with Smoking Loon. A large number of curry and sauces to choose from. They aren't big on Tandori without sauces. They should reconsider. If you are Gluten free, this is not the place. If you... More

The food is great. Nice portion sizes and authentic. They have a daily lunch buffet that is good. My fav dish is Chicken Vindaloo and they have delicious naan too.
