We stopped again this morning, our second visit because the first one was so great. We both had Waffles with side's of ham and crisp Bacon. I requested the ham be warmed, not grilled. It tasted like very good ham. My wife said her Bacon had very good flavor and tasted like it was cooked to order. The coffee is... More

We stopped here for breakfast one morning. We enjoyed it so much that we went back on day #2 of our visit to the area. Their breakfast selections are delicious; our servers were very friendly and helpful. And it's Free Pie Day on Wednesdays--everyone gets a free slice of pie with their meal! Very much enjoyed our stop here for... More

This place is nasty. I could never go back. The food was ok but I couldn't get past the filth. Other than vacuuming it doesn't look like this place has need cleaned in years. The manager should be fired.

We usually go here for breakfast foods, no matter what time of day it is. This place is better than the IHOP, which I never thought I would be saying. Service is always good and friendly, the food is like homemade so it is really comfort food. Their pies are to die for... if nothing else go in for their... More

Usually here for breakfast. New menu item, Country Music Star omelette is good buy. Somewhat disconcerting to watch waitress that will handle and just handled you food to go outside and suck a cigarette next to building between customers.

Service is always poor at the location in land o lakes. Whether it's busy or slow food takes a long time to get out, and is not always hot. Much better values with superior service and quality. I would not go back unless forced to by a family member.

The food was well done for a "Greek diner"-type of restaurant (we know, it's not Greek, but that's the best category we could think of...), with a friendly wait staff (Everette is a REAL PROFESSIONAL at his trade). But the facility really needs to have a couple of layers of grease taken off, and the rugs replaced, and a general... More

We visit here at least once a month, usually for brunch. The wait staff is always friendly and offers great advice if you have any questions. Our favorite is the VIB - pick 4 different items to create your own special breakfast from over 30 options at a good price. Wednesday is "free slice of pie" day. Ask about it!... More

Showed up at village inn at 10;30 after our dance gala. All 13 of us were seated quickly. Our food came out slowly. Eggs were a little burnt. Oatmeal was delicious. Even though our server was a little frazzled our group enjoyed their late dinner!

Open from early am to late at night -- breakfast available during all hours open. We had a Farmer's Market Benedict Potato Pancakes; haven't had anything like this dish elsewhere. Scrambled eggs, tomato basil Hollandaise, artichoke hearts, spinach, & more atop potato pancakes. Delicious!! We've tried this chain in Albuquerque, NM and this one in FL : Universal food quality....
