They have really great lunch combinations and delicious coffee. You need to be aware though during the lunch hour it can get pretty crowded in here. It is a smaller restaurant so seating is limited. There is something for everyone here though I will say. Soups, salad, sandwiches and they have sweets also. Very fast service!

It's nice to find a thriving local restaurant, and this was seems to be just that. At a lunch stop, the line to order was long but moved quickly because of the pleasant and efficient staff. Along with a list of salads and sandwiches, they have specialty coffees and teas plus beer and wine. People were making use of the... More

The Brie and bacon breakfast sandwich was really tasty. As was the chai tea. Service was ok. Great little place to walk to if you are staying in the area.

I have stopped here whenever visiting. I like downtown locations and local businesses. Coffee is good but the food is better especially the salads. Beats the chain places.

We went for lunch and we all ordered soup and salad. Most of the folks had loaded baked potato soup and chicken ranch sandwich. I got lobster bisque and chicken and brie sandwich. Perfect. Sweet staff, good tea and clean restrooms. Line moves quickly , you order in front and they give you a table number and they bring the... More

We sort of stumbled across Black n'Brew, looking for a place that was open on Sunday. I had always assumed it was just a coffee house. But Wow! We've each had two different soup and salad combos and they were all terrrific. Large portions, innnovative flavor combinations, wine and very reasonable prices. The bonus is that on Sundays, they have... More

Great sandwiches, a good place to take a break across from Munn Park. This is obviously a popular place. Luckily, we managed to beat the rush. I would eat there again.

The Black 'n Brew is a popular Lakeland lunch spot. I walked into the restaurant and had to wait in line. I was impressed with their efficiency as drink orders are taken and prepared when nearing the register. Once at the register, order your food and pay, grab your drink then find a seat. After a few minutes wait, food... More

Great ambiance, creative menu items, friendly and attentive service. Restaurants like these you want to keep going back to. Too bad we're just visiting Lakeland. It would be a regular.
