A refreshing experience away from the chain restaurants. The food was great and the service matched. Portions are very big and everyone in our party took food home. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant.

We always go for their mussels either as an appetizer, or over pasta. They offer 3 different sauces, wine and garlic, marinara or fra diablo. They have half orders of pasta, which is wonderful, and you still have to take some home.

Had a great dinner here with the family. The staff was very friendly and great with our kids. I had the Chicken Milanese which was tasty and large enough that I was able to make two additional meals out of it. All of the portions were large. My daughter felt her pasta (the bolognese) was a little salty, but I... More

Before writing this review I read the one written by Jim G. It's the most complete and comprehensive review I've ever read. The only thing I have to add is that, for me it seemed to be pricy. We were a group of ten family members (3 generations). Four of us go there often and it is a favorite of... More

Went here for dinner with a dear friend. We both their Caesar salad....excellent. Then I had their mussels in a scampi sauce...to die for. My friend had the meatballs. He said that they were excellent. Make sure you get their excellent hot, fresh baked bread served with olive oil with fresh whole garlic cloves...wonderful. Cory was excellent and very attentive... The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We can't wait to go back. We had the escargot and meatballs as appetizers. The meatballs are a meal by themselves. My wife had the Chicken Portabella and I had the Fettuccine Bolognese. Both were delicious and too big for one sitting. Then we had a cappuccino and the tiramisu, which... More

Food was excellent, but we were led to a second dining room that smelled somewhat musty. The portions were generous and the bread was excellent! It came with garlic infused olive oil...3 huge garlic cloves that gave it a nice flavor. I had something like chicken marsala, and it came with layered potato au-gratin that looked like a potato lasagna.... More

We returned to Couco Pazzo tonight (our second visit) with friends who had never been to this local favorite. They - and we - were thrilled with our dining experience. Couco Pazzo is tucked away on a small street (915 Lake Ave) directly across from the Lake Worth City Hall. As a matter of fact - here's a good hint... More
