This is a quaint small town cafe where everyone either knows each other or will know each other before you leave. They have a surprisingly large choice of meals both American and Indian. We were there for breakfast and enjoyed the best blueberry pancakes on the planet. The next table had the French Toast which looked equally delicious. Yes, as... More

Friendly people, great food, American and Indian choices (even for breakfast!), decent prices, cute little place. I would go here often if I lived in the area!

Sure you can get eggs, bacon and toast to eat at lots of places. But, here at the Pelican you can get spicy Indian breakfasts too. My favorite is Eggs Nissa, eggs scrambled with spicy curry garnished with yogurt raita, cilantro, tomatoes and slices of ginger. Totally yummy food served with Naan, Indian bread and fried potatoes on the side.... More

Not usually a big curry-based or Indian food eater, we ended up at The Pelican and we were pleasantly surprised. We tried something conventional - cinnamon bun French toast and blueberry pancakes, but then we went for the lamb keema omelet. Apparently they do Indian specials for breakfast and also have Indian dinners on the weekend. This was the 3rd... More

You can't loose here! The lamb and spinach omelet along with eggs nissa are regular staples. Serving with naan bread, and hash potatoes, incredible! It's a hidden treasure and find, go there yesterday!

You can go for the East Indian fare or just eat regular foods for breakfast. I prefer a combo of both. Try it, you'll like it.

This place continues to amaze and we drive out of our way to go for the amazingly warm hospitality and divine Indian cuisine. I had Beef Shank with the best sauce in history. My wife had Huevos Rancheros and we topped it off with a Peach Cobbler pancake special. Coffee and a Pomegranate Mimosa were perfect compliments. Sue and Tari... More
