Good food, friendly servers

Our group had the empanadas (chicken and plantain), Quesadillas, Pig Taco Combo, and the Lobster/Snow Crab Cakes. We also had the house made Sangria. The empanadas were good. Of the two tacos on the combo I preferred the Mojo Pork Guac one as that pork had more flavor. The crab cakes were a hit... read more

My husband and I visited Havana Hideout twice within 2 days. The food is cooked outside in a outside truck which may deter some people from venturing to this establishment, but the food was delicious and very quick! The 5 hours of Happy Hour is awesome too. We had a bucket of 5 Sol beer for $10. You can't beat... More

The location and layout really were great with the food truck parked in back. Lots of umbrellas and seats on sand. Unfortunately it's only wine and beer - it feels like they should be able to serve fruity cocktails - but they can't. They offered a fruit/wine spritzer which was pretty good but not the same. We had guacamole (Qdoba... More

They might have been better when DDD was there. But seems like they quit "trying", and only "rode" on their short lived "fame" from the show. The service sucked, the music was so loud (and I like heavy metal!!) it was obnoxious. The server or whoever, probably the owner, was banging around chairs. I guess to set up for later?... More

Great place to hang out, but waaaayyyyyy low end! Eat somewhere else and go here to have a beer :-) It's really a fun place and feels like you're still on the beach. Prices are low, but so is quality.

We were headed to the beach for a drink at the Pier but the traffic was so bad due to a festival that we detoured to this place. WHAT LUCK ! ... not elegant, not normal but loads of fun. Food was really very, very good and the beers were cold. Rene, our waiter, made the day with his quick... More

So we went because it was a Guy Fieri's Diner, Drive-in, and Dive. Was so delighted with the ambiance and food. Here's what you need to know going in....yes, the place is a dive. Yes, the food is amazing. Yes, I could sit there alll day under the umbrella. We didn't start with an appetizer but I wish I would... More

This is not a fancy place. The real draw is the atmosphere. There are no chairs and tables inside the restaurant which is rundown and funky---just a small bar. The outdoor space has tables and chairs that have seen better days but the hammock, the trees, the music and even the painted wall have a quirky ambiance and a laid-back... More

I cannot comment on the food because of their business practices. This weekend there is a festival happening so the business changed their menu and made it sit down only. The staff were very nice bartender and waitress but their hands were tied by management. The prices were increased for the festival and numerous items were taken off the menu.... More
