When you go to the south there are certain things that you have to get, things that are universal throughout the south. Not like Barbecue, which each region has there own style and type, I am talking about the staples of southern cooking. One of these, at least for breakfast is biscuits and gravy. You can never go wrong by... More

Went here for breakfast as it was recommend by a friend. Not the best we've seen from service to the standard of food. Not a huge amount to complain about, but equally nothing to praise it on. It did the job.

This is your typical Perkins as far as food goes. I must compliment an extraordinary server. She was friendly and efficient and presented each female guest with a cute Halloween pin she had made. Such a nice surprise.

The lackluster waiter was ending his shift and left before we did. Another server brought waffles and eggs quickly, but was warned away by us since we had not order those meals. The burger was ample and cooked as ordered. Unfortunately the juice made the standard grocery store bun disintegrate on the bottom before the burger was half consumed. The... More

Came for dinner. Place wasn't very crowded. Our server was very attentive. The food was average. Not a bad experience & would go again. Maybe will try their breakfast.

Having been a resident of the villages for 14 years before I moved on, I remember when Perkins was nothing but a "Cow Pasture and a Orange grove! After the development started on that side everyone saw that we would have a "Real I Restaurant! At that time there was nothing to go too, unless you wanted to travel to... More

We just started going to Perkins on Sunday mornings. The Senior breakfasts are just right in portions. I always get fed before going grocery shopping on Sunday mornings. Don't buy as many groceries if the belly is full. We seem to have adopted one special two seater table and the same two waitresses. Food and services is great.

As chains go, this is a favorite for breakfast and not a bad choice for lunch. They do their own bakery goods and they do them very well.

Went for breakfast. Had a question on a specific french toast item. Was told as our waitress whizzed by. "We're out". OOOOOKaaaayyyyy. Finally found a few other items but decided on some orange juice first. "Sorry, we're out". Got to the point we wanted to ask "tell us what you do have and we'll all save some time". However, we...
