One of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. Seito is an elegantly designed and comfortable restaurant. The servers (friendly Japanese ladies) all stylishly dressed, provide outstanding service. We shared some small plates (appetizers) - baby octopus, soft shell crab rolls and miso. Sashimi can't be faked...and Seito's sashimi was excellent. Their selection of sushi rolls range from traditional... More

Seito is a great place to take an easy al fresco lunch and people watch at he same time. This restaurant offers a great lunch and dinner menu. For us it is a favourite luch menu where there is a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, teriyaki and many more styles o Japanese food available. Served by a friendly staff, try... More

Off-hours has been best for us, as when it gets busy, the TV seems to drown out conversation. The service has been consistently decent, and the sushi is quite good. They have several locations around Orlando, and we're glad one of them is here in Celebration.

Seito is my local go-to Japanese. Some good sushi, and even satisfying bulgogi/kalbi for the Korean in me. Lunch specials are a good deal - $8-10 for a bento box that is the same as dinner portion, including two gyoza, salad, rice, miso, four california roll pieces and your entree with veggies. They have salmon, steak, chicken, bulgogi, tofu, etc.... More

The menu sounds better than it is. We ordered sushi rolls only. We got the volcano, venus, boston and dynamite (if I recall correctly). With the exception of the Venus Roll, the rolls were small and it felt like we were basically eating the same roll, despite the different names.

The restaurant is in Celebration...NOT Kissimmee. Facing the lake in this cute little town just minutes from the Disney resorts. Good Japanese food, attentive service and reasonably priced. Take a pleasant stroll around the lake pre or post dinner or enjoy the local stores.

We ventured to this place for lunch thanks to Siri on the iphone. On a very cute little street in Celebration Florida, and next to a Hello Kitty Store! Sushi was fresh and tasty. Very satisfying after many Disney vacation meals the last few days.
