We really like to visit this place for the variety of food and dessert. We recomend the trifongo, tripleta, soup and all desserts including the bread. Family, and I mean everybody can enjoyed and if you don't have time order to go.

The food here is good and so are the prices. However, if you do not speak Spanish, you may have a hard time ordering or getting help, like I did. I gave this an average review because, even though the food was good, the service was bad.

The puertorrican food was great. They have trifongo and alcapurrias. They also have puertorrican dessert. It is great. Muy buena la comida.

Don't let the bad reviews fool you, this place was delicious and very inexpensive. We purchased a groupon and bought dinner for two for just $8.

During a visit to Florida, I decided to find a bakery (“panadería”) like the ones that I used to have nearby my home in Puerto Rico. After doing a search online, we I found this one very close to me. I punched the address in my GPS, and away I went. I have to start saying that the moment I... More

My husband and I purchased a Groupon for this place to try out. I wasn't sure what to expect as It's located in a strip mall that's a little beat up around the edges. Doesn't look that great on the outside but once you step in It's huge! Everything is stationed in a L shape from left to right. The... More

Food was terrible!!! My eggs had no flavor and my bacon was burnt! I came with my family for great food but was highly disappointed, my table was horribly dirty and I had to clean it myself due to the fact that nobody came to clean it. Never coming again.

Being a fiend for Mexican pastry I searched for a place on the internet and came up with Sol de Borinquen. It is a restaurant (casual) and bakery. We've been to several restaurant/bakeries and usually they do not have anything but a pastry or two. Well, this is the place. They have such a lovely and very large assortment of... More
