2 years ago, the owners were telling us they wanted to move to Costa Rica, well they did. It seems that they sold it last year to some Greek folks and the have changed the menu to a greek style diner. Very disappointing to me because they always had great cracked conch but not anymore! They did have conch chowder... More

I never post on these sites, but this experience has me compelled to. Older, white woman waitress was perfectly pleasant, attentive, and friendly to my blonde friend. To me, not of white descent, she was rude, ignored me, and wouldn't even look me in the eye. Don't go if you would like this experience. NEVER AGAIN.

The seven miles grill restaurant serve really good coffee and excellent english muffin toasted with peanut butter. It's a small resto where you can a have good lunch and well located. But the best is the waitress Jan. Believe me you'll never get the danger zone ( coffee refill ) when she's there. She's really funny and we had our... More

Saw great reviews so we stopped in. As we walked up to look at a menu, someone at a table asked us if we had been there before. When I said no, him and his wife literally looked me in the eye and said "RUN." I thought it was odd, but took it with a grain of salt. They were... More

We stop at the Seven Mile Grill at least once on every trip to the Keys. We narrowed our choices and asked our server, she suggested the Souvlaki. My wife got the Chicken Souvlaki I ordered the Pork Souvlaki . Tehy were Great! (I think the Pork was a little better). One of the owners came to our table, checked... More

I looked up restaurants in the area and read the reviews. First off... The restaurant is outdoors completely with no air conditioning. On a hot day avoid this place unless you don't mind sweating while eating. Second, dishes were overpriced for what you got. $22 for yellowtail snapper fillet not the whole fish as I have been eating throughout the... More

We stopped for an early lunch before our tour at the turtle hospital and glad we did. The conch chowder was some of the best we tasted while in the Keys as well were the conch fritters. We had a group of 8 and service was fine. Other very good dishes we tried were, blackened yellowtail sandwich, salad with grilled... More

We were on our first trip to Marathon a decided to try it. Worst dining experience ever! Waitress was absolutely horrible! Very unfriendly and inefficient. Food was mediocre, to say the least. Had to ask for our check after waiting an unacceptable amount of time. Never offered refills on our tea and was charged for items we never ordered. No... More

Our grilled yellowtail fish sandwich was beyond words great! Prepared excellent! The slaw was also very good. Even tho it has obviously changed hands, there still are several seafood items on their menu. It has always been our favorite for many, many years.

This place has a very good menu. Of course we like to eat seafood in the Keys but our children do not. So most places the other option was just a hamburger, here they had lots of options for non-seafood eaters. Service was ok, not over the top friendly like some Key spots but not rude either. I would recommend.
