An Average Dinner

The best description I can give of this restaurant is "a diner". It is very casual with the silverware placed on the table in plastic sleeves and napkins in a dispenser in the center of the table. Upon entering we gave our order, a hogfish platter, at the counter. We were given a plastic cup to... read more

The food was very good, the service was good and they were reasonable with their prices. Wished we didn't live so far away, we'd love to eat there often !

Food is fresh, prepared quickly and correctly. Not over or under cooked. A little pricey for no servers, but very good.

Good place for a quick bite as you order at the cash register in your way in. Service brings your food, self serve drinks. Fish is exceptionally fresh. Grilled shrimp was great. Good variety of side orders. My fried plaintains were the best I've had. Very economical. Four adults and two kids ate for about $85.

We enjoyed our meal very much. My grilled shrimp and grilled hogfish were delicious. Plantains were delicious. Conch fritters were basically hush puppies with small bits of conch meat. Just average. The crab cake sandwich is something I would not recommend. Mostly filler.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is subdued and it is not full-service. That said, the people are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! Conch fritter, blackened shrimp and fish sandwich - all fresh and yummy.

I don't know where the rest of these reviewers have eaten seafood , but this place stunk! Expensive and mediocre at best. It is by far the worse conch (rubber and overlooked ) I have ever tasted! When asked how our food was by the hostess.... I told her The conch was terrible and she replied "yeah it's hard to... More

This was our favorite spot last year and continues to be on this year's trip as well! We get fresh seafood most nights to cook ourselves for dinner. The fish choices update daily and its always fresh and delicious! Prices are reasonable and service is very friendly. Then there is the restaurant! AWESOME Cuban sandwiches! Plenty of other stuff on... More

Come in your flip flops, but expect personal attention and great food. I asked for a hogfish sandwich without the bun and got exactly what I wanted: a perfectly fried piece of heaven. Companion had the shrimp ceviche and it was beautiful. We shared an order of fries that would have made McDonald's cry with envy. Parking might be a... More
