One of our favorites!

We always go to Lazy Days at least once every time we're in Marathon. Never been disappointed! This year we brought some tuna with us that my husband & son in law caught earlier in the day to have their chef prepare for us. The server offered some great suggestions. We decided to go with an... read more

Walked in and saw how dirty the floor was. The place had a strange smell. Walked through the restaurant to the back where there were tables on the water. The place just seemed dirty and we did not stay.

Definitely sit outside for a nice water view in this restaurant and try the lionfish for sure. It's very tasty and you're also helping to rid the Keys of an invasive species of fish. The service here is very good and you get solid portions for a good price. A very relaxing place for the lunch we had.

They will prepare your fish anyway you want. We liked the jalapeno way. Also brought in tuna and had it sesame seared. All was awesome.

Very nice open air restaurant with inside dining available. The bar is within arms reach of the dinning area so plenty of great drink selections. The view is nice and the food is wonderful. I love the cracked conch lazy days style my favorite.

Outside dining provided a lovely sunset vista. The service was fine. The food, however, was really less than mediocre. The coconut shrimp was more breading than anything else. The Grouper Lorenzo was flat, needing seasoning and the "crab cake" was burned, and had no discernible crab in it. It tasted more like stuffing than a crab cake. Sad to say... More

My family visited the Florida Keys last week. It was my son's birthday and we were looking for a good restaurant on the water. Lazy Days South in Marathon was recommended by our fishing guide. We took our catch of the day and had the restaurant cook it. The fish and sides were absolutely delicious! The service was great! Our... More

food was great. portions were huge. I had the conch fritters, conch chowder, and yellowtail stuffed with crabmeat. I wish I could remember my waiter's name, he was very friendly and attentive. My fish came out with the head still on it, and I hate that (it freaks me out), I asked him if he could have the cook cut... More

We brought our catch of the day (mahi) for the chef to prepare. Going on the waiter, Chris's suggestion, we chose Lazy Days style. MAN, was it DELICIOUS! It was very reasonably priced and included soup or salad, table bread and a side of our choice. We look forward to going back and sharing with friends!

So I go to the keys at least once a year but I have never stopped. My son picked the spot since we had his pup on this trip and we needed a place to eat on the way out of the keys for the road home. OMG!! Service was amazing, food was amazing and so was the view. We... More
